Great holiday.Villa in superb location,ideal for all are purposes. We will be back next year to sample more of the excellent tapas and local fish produce.

If you want total peace and quiet this is the place to come to. Booking a car is essential for getting around. That being said the villa is just a short drive into civilisation where there's just about everything you could ever want to shop for! The villa itself was spacious with outdoor space to match. It was great to disconnect from the internet and sit back and take in what the surroundings had to offer. Many thanks for a great stay!

Profiter du lever du soleil au milieu de la nature et sans aucun vis à vis, se baigner pour se rafraichir, profiter de l'une ou l'autre des terrasses en fonction de l'heure de la journée et de la chaleur, découvrir les magnifiques plages environnantes à 20 ou 25 mn en voiture maximum. Que du bonheur ! Cette propriété présente de nombreux atouts pour un séjour réussi. Petit inconvénient: arrivée de moustiques à la nuit tombante mais toutes les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires donc il n'y en a pas dans la maison. Consignes écrites transmises par Andrew très judicieuses. Excellent séjour.

This villa is gorgeous and located within stunning scenery and enjoys abundant wildlife. There are red kites and booted eagles soaring everywhere! A superb getaway for nature lovers who enjoy a tranquil peaceful setting. Thank you Andrew for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Just what we needed to chill out. The location is perfect with wonderful views and yet very convenient to get to Es Grau and Mahon. The villa had everything we needed for our stay and we enjoyed sitting upstairs in the evenings watching the sunset.

From the start we loved being in this villa with its many windows and doors all letting in light and air. Because of the small wrap around garden it meant there were shady places one could find to relax. The turret which houses the living room was accessible from a staircase outside where one also reaches the railed terrace, but is also accessible from the dining room. These rooms were comfortable and relaxing. The terrace is a wonderful place to have meals, especially in the evening. The pool itself was a Terrific asset and much used. Superb location set in the National Park on a high ridge means fantastic views in all diirections with no close neighbours. Only 20 minutes from airport and close to Mao which is a beautiful city. Many secluded beaches to discover and coastal walking route which stretches round the island and which enables you to access many isolated places. A superb holiday where we celebrated as a family a 70th and 35th birthday. Happy memories.

The pictures don’t do justice to how secluded and peaceful this location is, we travelled all over the island this being our first time in Menorca but couldn’t find anywhere else we would rather stay. A car is essential though! Masses of space for the five of us and we spent a fair amount of time in the villa and pool as the weather was so so hot. Highlights in the evening was sitting on the roof terrace as the sun went down and watching all the bats come out, we counted over 50. With three teenagers we thought lack of WiFi would be an issue, but mobile reception was reasonable and in fact we found ourselves reading paper books and playing board games which we never do at home! Some great supermarkets within 10mins drive and the island is so easy to find your way around, we did over 1200km in two weeks. Contact from Andrew is great and provides lots of information before your visit. one tip, go onto Google Maps and satellite view, drag the orange ‘man’ onto a road and you should be able to get a street view of all the area, right up to the villa itself, so you can have a good look around.

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing week at Villa Rondel. The location is perfect - beautiful views all around of the national park but only 10 minutes drive from the supermarkets and restaurants of Mahon. The villa was clean and well equipped and the pool was perfect for 3 teenagers and 3 adults. The villa exceeded our expectations. It was more spacious than it appears in the photographs with room for all 6 of us to relax and the views all around were incredible, particularly at sunrise. There's a variety of beaches within a 30 minute drive but we enjoyed Es Grau, the nearest beach, where we could sit in the cafe under the trees before paddling among the boats in the warm shallow water. Most evenings we took the 10 minute drive to Es Castell for dinner overlooking the harbour then returned to the villa for a late night swim under the stars.

We had a lovely week staying at Villa Rondel. It is very private and peaceful yet only a 10 minute drive into Mahon with all the amazing yachts and great restaurants. We particularly loved Es Castell further round the coast from Mahon which is a lovely place to spend an evening. The villa was very clean, homely and spacious and the children loved the pool, which was very welcome in the afternoon heat. I enjoyed a walk every morning down to the lake where there are lots of unusual birds and red kites and coffee mid morning in Es Grau under the shade of the trees at the beach side cafe. I would definitely recommend the villa to anyone who would rather stay somewhere away from the crowds in a peaceful setting, but still be able to access all the island has to offer by car very easily from the villa.

Very quiet, private, villa with 20 metre pool and easy access by car to Es Grau with its lagoon, beaches, shops and restaurants. The whole island is small enough to visit other locations by car easily, including archaeological sites and beautiful bays with sandy beaches and there are further small coves with beaches accessible by footpath all round the coast. Short and long-distance walks available everywhere, and several marshy areas good for birdwatching.
