Great little apartment. Ideal for the two of us. Electric heater kept the whole apartment warm and cosy. Comfortable beds. Good shower but there's a bath as well. Plenty of towels. Very well equipped kitchen but there's no oven which didn't bother me as I like eating out. But 4 ring gas hob, toaster, microwave and fridge. Lovely sofas. Plenty of parking spaces. Will definitely go back.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and found it ideal. A very well equipped apartment with very comfortable bed, brilliant shower and lovely lounge. It’s close to the beaches and a very wide choice of very good restaurants. We’re going back this year.

Great little apartment
Stayed there July this year and found it perfect for the 2 of us. The only negative being that there was no lift but it says in the advert that there’s no lift. The furnishings are lovely and the apartment very clean and bright. Very convenient location next to beach and near bus stop and a variety of restaurants and shops.

Restful holiday
Stayed in this lovely apartment in September and found it very clean and very comfortable in a very convenient location. Very homely and well described in the advert. It has 2 bedrooms which are interconnected but that’s how it’s described so we knew what to expect. I’d rent this apartment again.

Decepcionante
El apartamento ha sido una decepción. Antiguo,pero lo peor de todo es la falta de intimidad,puesto que tienes que pasar por las terrazas de los vecinos para llegar a el...nada recomendable. Y encima se nos quiere cobrar la limpieza....cuando tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros al llegar...

Es extraño que haya puesto estas palabras negativas como una revisión, después de que iba a cobrarle por sus roturas, ¿no? Y es muy extraño que la mayoría de las otras críticas no se parezcan a las tuyas, ¿no crees? Son principalmente positivos y nadie ha dicho nunca que tenían que limpiar cuando llegaron. ¿Por qué no te quejaste conmigo o con Trip Advisor cuando llegaste por primera vez, SI estaba tan sucio? Muy extraño. Hay muchas fotografías en el sitio web para que las vea antes de reservar y estoy seguro de que los futuros inquilinos estarán de acuerdo con la mayoría de las críticas positivas. Su actitud es infantil y bastante desagradable y estoy muy contento de que nunca volverá a quedarse.

Fantastic spacious apartment in a perfect location
We were very pleased with this apartment we stayed in for a week in April. Clean and tidy and everything worked. We were a group of 5 and with two large double beds and three sofas to choose from we had plenty of sleep space. The apartment has a large bathroom and a kitchen full of appliances. There was also a washing machine that came in handy meaning I travelled very lightly!
We hired a car and drove to nearby villages but there were plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops and attractions within walking distance from the apartment. Location is perfect! The beach is approx 50 meters from the apartment to the rear 'lagoon' and 70 meters to the Mediterranean sea which was beautiful. We walked along the Med beach one morning to the lighthouse which is a lovely walk.
Would highly recommend and will most definitely be going back!

A great place to relax!
We have just booked our 8th visit to this lovely homely apartment!! We love how peaceful and relaxing the place can be during the quieter months and enjoy the hustle and bustle during the peak season. During our most recent visits we hired a car to further explore the area. We enjoyed visiting quaint little villages that have excellent tapas bars.
The local bus runs up and down the La Manga strip regularly during the day. We would highly recommend using the bus service to explore the beautiful strip and to visit places like Puerto Tomas Maestre.
The apartment has recently been upgraded and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The new modern sofa is a great addition. It has two cosy interconnecting bedrooms and a spacious lounge / kitchen. The balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine during the evening.
The apartment is conveniently located and is within an easy stroll of the beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars. There is always a warm welcome and great food at a restaurant called La Familia just around the corner from the apartment.
The Mar Menor is a haven for for water sports lovers. There is a great choice of activities during the summer months.
We have always found the apartment to be clean and well presented.
For us, it has everything we need to be able to switch off, relax and enjoy great food, wine and sunshine.
Can't wait to go back!!

Joli appartement, sympa d'accepter les animaux
Appartement correct, bon emplacement, plage, commerces, bus.....
Le négatif, nous n'avons pas trouver le passe du parking, personne ne s'est déplacer pour venir voir malgré différent mail, d'ailleurs nous n'avons vu personne ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ. Stationnement véritable enfer en semaine, et pire le week end dans la rue.
Pas de clim insupportable par temps de canicule. les ventilateurs dans ce cas là ne servent à rien, et quand il n'y a pas de vent on ne peux même pas compter sur les courants d'air
Frigo trés petit (taille frigo de caravane), impossible pour 4 personnes, faudrait faire les courses tous les jours, de plus ne refroidi pas les aliments et boissons, donc par la chaleur pas très cool.
Pour les rangements, pas de place, tout est occupé par les affaires des propriètaires.
Impossible de faire marcher la télévision impossible de l'allumer ni avec la télécommande, ni sur le bouton du côté, pas cool non plus.
Dommage, mais je ne pense pas revenir dans cette location, dans ces conditions là

I'm sorry that you experienced problems with parking. I'm afraid that it does get very busy in August as that is when Spanish people go there en-masse for their holidays. I understand that you were late arriving which is why the keyholder was not there to meet you but telephone instructions were given by her as where to find the key. There are instructions present for the tv. I do make it clear that there is no air-con, only 5 fans, and I do describe the fridge as being an under-counter fridge in the advert. My intention is that holiday makers support the local restaurants (rather than cook at home) because they rely on tourists' custom to survive. Having said all that, I'm sorry that you were disappointed in some aspects, even though I said you could take your little dog.

Great location and the apartment had everything we could possibly need
Stayed at this property for a week in June.
The apartment is cosy and very well equipped.
Excellent location right next to shops and restaurants and at the beginning of the la manga strip which meant we could access both the strip and mainland with great ease, We personally wouldn't have wanted to be based any further along than this.
Beaches both sides, mar menor and Mediterranean, less than a two minute stroll away.
It's on the second floor so there are stairs and a balcony which was fine for us
and also worth mentioning you have to go through one bedroom to get to another, but we had seen these points in the description whilst booking and neither was an issue at all ....however some people may be put off.
Homely and practical
Will definitely be staying again next year
