Ayamonte is a perfect location and this property has everything to enjoy a great stay. It's next to all the facilities and has private underground parking with lift access direct to the 4th floor. Well appointed and has a great balcony with superb views.

Appartement très bien situé au centre de Ayamonte, très calme, confortable et 'cosy' avec une grande terrasse et une belle vue dégagée. Nous avons passé un séjour superbe dans la belle petite ville tranquille de Ayamonte.

The apartment is situated with a wonderful view over the river and marina. The good points are the big balcony and the sun.Nearby shops bars and restaurants. It was not clean enough to our standards.Windows and the oven were dirty, taps were leaking,wifi was not working.All cooking equipment is there but of bad quality. We were surprised to have a full gaz bottle in the living room as a reserve. We mentioned all of this also to the host.

Luminoso y tranquilo con vistas al puerto deportivo y al Guadiana fronterizo con Portugal Situado junto a la parte antigua de Ayamonte, el Mercado, y el centro comercial y de restaurantes, pero aislado de los ruidos al dar la vivienda a la ria Echo de menos una mejora en el menaje de la cocina y del baño, así como en la decoración.

We stayed 6 weeks, to escape the British winter. It is ideal, in the centre of town, yet quiet. Everything you need is in the apartment, and the central heating is very efficient (we had a couple of chilly weeks in early Feb)

The apartment was ideally located right in the centre of Ayamonte. Secure entry with elevator to top floor. The layout was fine and the view from the balcony was beautiful. That's where the good ended. The flat was dirty. The kitchen bin still had debris in it and the dishes and shelves were dirty. The oven worked but the hob controls were taped up. The washing machine wouldn't work. The showers were hopeless, ensuite shower head too high and sprayed all over the room. Other shower head had to be hand held to shower. The balcony was filthy. I had to remove fag ends from plant pots and watered plants every day as they were dying from thirst. Plastic chair broken and we had to save my elderly father from falling off it. Melted wax from burnt out candles on windowsills. Advertised english tv channels which would have been good for my elderly parents. Factor said it was not legitimate. Ayamonte is a beautiful town and we really enjoyed watching the Fiestas de las Augustias while we were there. Oh we arrived about 9pm and had to go out and buy toilet paper as neither bathroom had as much as a single sheet of toilet paper! The apartment would have been good had it been properly maintained.

The accommodation Was easy to book with good correspondence, met in the resort by agent and shown fount the apartment. The rooms were clean and tidy with everything need for a week or two away with great views from the balcony. The under building secure parking, with a lift to the rooms, was a bonus as parking nearby would be difficult and expensive without it. The building is situated in a great place surrounded by good bars and places to eat and yet it was quiet during the night. I would definitely be happy to stop here again.

We stayed for a week over Christmas 2012 and were rewarded with perfect weather. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious (vast for 2, would be fine for 4, maybe rather cosy for 6) and has a wonderful south facing balcony with an impressive view over the mouth of the Guadiana. Lots of places to eat within 5 minutes walk - it isn't even worth making your own breakfast. We were birdwatching, and the whole area round here is really great in the winter - flamingos, spoonbills, ospreys, more waders than we could identify....

Loved our 4 night stay in Ayamonte. Such a great authentic Spanish town. Apartment was in a fantastic situation. Overlooks the Marina on one side and the front door of the apartment block leads directly onto the bustling streets. Apartment was very well equipped and provided a great base for our stay. Would definitely return!
