We were 6 adults and a baby. Loved the apartment- very well equipped (3 toilets always handy) great position to get to Bellevue lift ( or watch it from the balcony if babysitting 😀) . Excellent supermarket only 5 mins walk- much bigger than expected. We drove to Chamonix too for skiing- but the ski buses run past the apartment if you want.
Owner extremely helpful too.

Lovely Chalet
We loved the chalet. It was a perfect location and had everything we needed for a brilliant ski holiday. We hope to be back next year!

Fantastic holiday home!!
This really felt like a home from home. The location is excellent, near local shops and a bus stop which will connect you quickly and easy to all areas of the resort.
The owner was unbelievably helpful give no us advice before we went to make the most of our trip.
The accommodation was a good size for the 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children.
Would recommend, will return.

Perfect position for both village and ski slope's
The village is only an hour from Geneva and 5 minutes off the motorway, access to the slopes by cable car is a short walk from the apartment, ski back down to the Kitch Inn with short walk home. Change and leave your ski's in the ground level car park garage and return to a warm comfortable apartment, where cooking in is easy with slow cooker or the well fitted out kitchen. Supermarkets are walking distance or drive into Chamonix in fifteen minutes. More ski'ing to be had through the Mont Blanc tunnel in Courmeyer Italy or on the many Chamonix slopes, or simply enjoy Les Houches which we never got bored of. We go back to Whymper every year!

Apartamento inmejorable.
El apartamento es perfecto para una estancia de una semana. Nos alojamos 5 miembros de una misma familia aunque podriamos haber estado hasta 8 personas. El que tuviera dos baños es una ventaja. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para poder cocinar. El wiffi funciono perfectamente. La situacion en Les Houches es muy buena. Es mucho mas tranquilo que Chamonix y esta a solo 9 km., de esta. Si se dispone de coche es ideal. Si no, hay autobuses que recorren la zona. Las vista desde las terrazas del apartamento son espectaculares. La plaza de garaje y el acceso es un poco estrecho, solo apta para coches medianos, nosotros tenemos un touran y pudimos aparcarlo perfectamente. El check in fue perfecto, Cherie nos atendio perfectamente y nos informo de todo lo que necesitábamos. Agradecemos a la propietaria Diane C., toda la informacion que nos mando y su atencion.

Lovely apartment with excellent views
Stayed here for a week with a group of six friends. The apartment is lovely, very clean and plenty of room - despite being a group of six adults we never felt cramped. The kitchen facilities are excellent, we had all the equipment we needed.
The apartment is very conveniently situated, with lovely views of the slopes, close to the Bellevue Cable car and several ski hire shops (we used Cyprien sports who seemed very reasonable). The nearest cashpoint and supermarket are a five minute walk away and there are a few bars and restaurants just around the corner. Travel to Chamonix and other resorts is very easy with the bus stopping just a few minutes down the road.
We were a mixed ability group and the resort of Les Houches was perfect for this, plenty of red and blacks for the more experienced skiers in our group but plenty of blues for the beginners.

Space! Great apartment with space to enjoy a night in with gang after fun on the slopes!
The fact that it's five minutes walk to main lift, easy walk to the supermarket and and easy trip to and from the airport makes it all conducive to a great break. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and having group breakfasts and dinners made it an even more sociable trip. Regarding the skiing, there was no queuing and there mix enough for an intermediate skier like me. There is also the option of loads of other ski areas in close proximity. I'd quite like to try the are in the summer too!

Beautiful location, lovely spacious apartment and the making of a great holiday!!
The apartment was situated close to the main cable car up to the slopes which made it extremely convenient. The accomodation itself was spacious and well equiped with two balconies to enjoy the views and the sunshine!!
It was the pefect base for a great group holiday, allowing us all to eat in and relax or wander out and enjoy the local food and bars. It was perfect for skiing and it would be as great a base to enjoy the mountains in the summer.
Di the owner was extremely informative and helpful with our queries and I would highly recommend a visit!

Excellent holiday in an excellent apartment!
This apartment is right in the heart of things; only 1 minute from the ski lift and bars/restaurants. It is very comfortable and homely, with all mod cons. Even with eight of us, there was plenty of room. The kitchen is good enough to cook a full meal in for the whole group, should you want to eat in, and there is a choice of restaurants close by.
The skiing, overlooking Mont Blanc, is great for intermediates with lovely runs above and through the tree line. The Kanadahar black run down to the village will test good skiers too, who can finish with a flourish within sight of those watching from the apartment balcony!
I will be eagerly awaiting my return trip.

Good appartment, excellent view of ski slopes.
Very efficient communication and instructions from owner. Nice clean, comfortable appartment, roomy and excellent views of ski slopes. Good to be close to village centre in walking distance of ammenities.
