This place could easily be a 5 with touches so don’t be put off, but hope owners take note 😊
We (party of 5) stayed in Villa Bellissima in June 2023. The Villa is lovely and exactly like the videos. The communication from Nick and Andy prior to arrival was really good.
Marc showed us how everything worked and was very helpful. The pool is large and really nice and the garden area has lovely views.
The master bedroom was really nice, I loved the dressing room area, nice touch. I found the bed comfortable.
The location is great, in a quiet area, but easy enough to walk to some bars and shops. If you like a longer walk you can walk it all the way to the West End. If not it is easy enough to hail a cab to wherever you would like to go.
There are a few things that let the stay at Villa Bellissima down, but if changed/sorted would absolutely be a 5.
There are 4 bedrooms, we were not sure which bedrooms we wanted however, the upstairs bedroom was not made up so we all stayed on the ground floor level. We paid for the whole villa, so all the rooms should have been made up regardless of how many people are staying there.
We stayed for 5 nights and there was no towel or bedding change. There should at least be one change and/or extra towels left at the accommodation.
We noticed in quite a few places, mostly bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of squashed mosquitoes on the walls and curtains. It might just be worth doing some quality checking of the cleaning.
There is also some mould/damp present in the bathroom that service the two twin rooms, this might because no one opens the windows in the bathroom as there are no mosquito nets blinds.
We paid for the drinks package, 70€ but within that did not receive any coffee for the coffee machine. We got a very cheap instant coffee which was literally undrinkable, and by the amount of jars left over from other guests I don’t think I was the only one that thought it was awful. Dump the instant and buy in some capsules for the coffee machine.
There was not enough glasses and cooking utensils (however extra glasses were brought in for us when we asked) Cooking utensils (especially for the bbq) could be updated and more provided. On arrival the bbq utensils in the summer house were dirty.
Please take a look at the bbq, it needs securing, it’s really wobbly and nearly burnt my husband.
A suggestion- The villa could benefit from window net blinds, there are loads of mosquitoes so in the end we didn’t open any windows.
The pool table downstairs - bring it upstairs to where the little table and 4 chairs are, it would be much more sociable than down in the basement and that seating area is a bit of an unused space.
Suggestion - maybe a table tennis addition on the flat unused area in the garden
Would I return with the small changes/additions, yes.

Beware of break-ins
As nice as this villa is, we were burgled on our very first evening. Despite a brief on how to use door stays to prevent break-ins via various French windows, they still found a way in ! Looking at another ratings site, it would appear we were not the first victims at this location.

I do understand the frustration here and we have been speaking for months now about this but in response I can only reiterate what we have said on the other sites you have left this review.
As always we take all feedback on board and especially something as serious as the situation we encountered while here. A break in at a property is one of the worse things that can happen for guests and also for ourselves. The house is fully alarmed to a monitored system that first connects to a security company and then to the police. As soon as the alarm was raised we notified you and at the same time i was 10 mins away so dashed there. we realised it wasn't a false alarm en-route and when I arrived the window had been forced and it was apparent at that time there had been an attempted break in or break in. We told you of this and even though you were at a restaurant 20 mins walk away you did not want to come back to the house and asked me to come get the keys to take a look inside (which i could not do) Then the police arrived and looked all around the property but again could not enter the house with out you there. We called again and was told someone was en route but 30 mins later and two phone calls nothing. The police could no longer wait for you and had to go. I had been waiting over an hour at this point and also had to leave saying that when you return to let us know if anything had been taken because at this point it looked like only an attempted break in. When you returned unfortunately the worse situation had happened - you contacted us to say items had been stolen. There truly is nothing worse than this however in the villa we have a large safe where items such as passports, money, valuables should be stored and this is reiterated at check in by our house managers - I do not understand why your items were not placed here. After the event we were lucky to find the passport and also tried our best to help by assisting where we could and be in contact. when home you sent me a message to say "Despite the start of our holiday we had a great time and will definitely be back"
I'm not taking away the seriousness of this as its an awful situation and we have added extra security measures since. The house is fully alarmed and has security cameras and a large safe.

Great villa within walking distance of the bars and restaurants...
The villa is in a great location and less than 10 minutes from bars and restaurants.
It takes about 15 minutes to get to the start of San Antonio Bay however taxis are really cheap if you want to get to Mambo’s in less than 10 mins.
It’s well sized for 8 people with very large rooms, living spaces and an amazing amount of bathrooms. It is a traditional and refurbished Spanish villa (Not uber modern) however it comes with full air conditioning (extra charge), central heating (winter) and log burners.
When we arrived the villa was spotless and the villa manager was very helpful showing us around.
We had a great time and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

Beautiful comfortable Villa
Villa Bellissima is a lovely villa in beautiful surroundings. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated with a good sized pool. The Summer house BBQ area is a great addition to the property. Within easy reach of shops and restaurants, although we ordered shopping for when we arrived as a cold beer was welcome! Pre ordered taxi from airport to villa and back very smooth and easy.
We booked a BBQ which was delicious, no preparing and no clearing up!!
The Villa Manager Careen and her team were great, kept us up to date with everything and was always on hand if needed.
Really had a great family holiday and would not hesitate to recommend, as we felt really comfortable here.

Villa Bellissima
Just back from a fabulous stay at this amazing villa.
Tastefully decorated, the open plan design makes it roomy and airy. All facilities/ equipment needed to provide for a very comfortable stay.
The pool is very impressive, clean and large enough to meet the needs of the keenest of swimmers. Highly recommend and hope to return in the near future.

Best place to do Ibiza properly
Villa is something out of MTV Cribs. Can't recommend it enough. Taxi to Westend is less then €7, or a 40 minute stroll along the bay. Lovely restaurants within walking distance (Casista is the best). What more do you want....?

AMAZING VILLA!
Have just got back from my hen do where we were lucky enough to stay in Villa Bellissima. This is the most amazing place and words cannot do it justice! From the fabulous pool area to the beautiful, modern interior, this place has it all. It has a large outhouse with plenty space for BBQs and a stone baked pizza oven too.
The walk in wardrobe in the 'master bedroom wing' was an added bonus too!
When I return to Ibiza, I hope I will be able to return to this villa as it made our time there the best it could have been!

Magnificent
Let's just start with the Villa. Four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool, a garden and a summer house. That is an amazing combination of opportunities in one Villa. Everything is just as good as we hoped and the pictures of the villa do not lie. The bedrooms, especially the master bedroom, were spacious and clean. In one word the villa was a dream.
So the villa was great, but that is not all. Villa manager was available to answer our questions and juice us with his positiveness when ever we needed it. There was not a single problem regarding the villa or its equipment that was not solved immediately.

Une merveille
Location prise du 25 au 31 Aout 2016,
Pour mes 30 ans nous étions 8 en tout et nous n'avons pas du tout manqué d'espace dans cette immense maison !
La villa est magnifique, l'accueil était parfait nous avons passés un excellent séjour.
Vue mer sur le toit terrasse
Tout est propre et entretenu dans l'ensemble, la clim fonctionne très très bien vous pouvez rafraichir la maison en 5 minutes chrono.
La villa est mieux en réel qu'en photo n'hésitez pas !
Comptez 20min pour rejoindre Ibiza ou playa d'en Bossa soit 30€ en taxi, vous serez vraiment a coté des plages de San Antoni et du Port 5€ de taxi
Si je reviens a Ibiza je reprendrais certainement cette villa !

Great stay
Stayed here for 4 nights in May for a friends 40th birthday. Great villa, spacious grounds and nice pool area. Easy walk to San Antonio for ocean beach and short taxi ride to mambo.
