Had a enjoyable time at the villa , very easy to find not to far to the marina a 15 minute walk , but always drove down there .Great view from the garden area ,Beds we’re comfortable as well . Needs some tea spoons . And there were no plastic glasses to take out to the pool area only glass . Pool was a nice temperature, would definitely book this villa again

La maison est bien mieux que sur les photos. Tout était propre et la communication avec Gary parfaite. Le véritable atout de la propriété est son jardin, beau, agréable et sans vis à vis. La piscine est chaude, un vrai bonheur. Quant au jacuzzi il est malheureusement tombé en panne durant notre séjour. Mais le propriétaire m’a donné une compensation financière. Matt, qui s’occupe de l’entretien de villa, est également très réactif et serviable. Il a essayé de réparer le jacuzzi mais sans succès. Malgré ce contretemps, le séjour fut très bien. Nous y reviendrons.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, die Aussenanlage ist ansprechend gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Hervorzuheben ist auch der elektrisch beheizte Pool mit fast 30 Grad Wassertemperatur. Der neue Whirlpool hat auch sehr zur abendlichen Entspannung beigetragen. Auch die relative Nähe zur Marina hat uns positiv überrascht: wir haben die Strecke in gemütlichen 20 Minuten zu Fuß zurückgelegt. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal hier.

Fantastic villa very clean and comfortable. Loved the new hot tub and heated swimming pool which we used every day. The location was great and lovely views. We found out later in the holiday that there was a Waitrose not far from villa which stocked Iceland goods. The pool guys were fabulous and so helpful. Our stay was for twenty two days. The bedding and towels were changed weekly and the villa cleaned through out. We found lots of fabulous places to eat, however we found the Playa Blanca to be the best which is situated on the front promenade of Playa Blanca. We took with us my mum who was 93 years young whilst we were there, we found the villa to be perfect for people with motability problems. Bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Which is hard to find in villas. Gary was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Thank you Gary for allowing us to stay in your fabulous villa. Kind Regards Yvonne Paul & Miriam

From the moment we booked great communication with Gary. Details are very clear after booking arrived straight to the door. Villa was spotless clean. Welcome back was top notch. Villa is in a gated Estate so felt very secure. Heated pool was lovely and warm and the hot tub was used every day. Liked the villa that much we have booked for next year already. Ideal location, spacious villa kitted out for couples and families, lots of sunshine in the garden, fantastic hot tub, pool ideal for safety for children as not too deep, need armbands,floats if not competent swimmers.Third year and this was the best so far. Owners professional and friendly.

Location good, villa very nice. Maybe I built the villa up too much from the reviews I read. Welcome pack, reviews said “fantastic”, I would not have said two very large bags of crisps, packet of biscuits, tea,sugar and long life milk fantastic, oh I nearly forgot, a box of microwave popcorn. Everyone said the pool man was fantastic, never met him, he did rock up on the fifth day and cleaned the pool, after a dust storm. We were out at the time. Barbecue dirty, last visitors had not cleaned it, clearly not checked. Hot tub, never worked, tried to ring management company, no reply, left message, no reply. As I said before, very nice villa, but I think management let Gary down.

On arrival we was impressed the welcome pack is fantastic we have had villa's before and never had a pack like it they had thought of all the bits you would be grateful off especially arriving late evening as we did.. The villa is really spacious and it's very clean..The garden area is great and it has so much more space than you think.. The beds was comfy which helps.. Great terrace area to sit on and the shutters and fans was a bonus as the villa was really cool.. Lee who maintains the villa and pool was superb he was really helpful and the fresh bedding and clean towels 1 week in was lovely..We would definitely come back to this villa and recommend, we didn't get a car as we like walking and the marina is less than 10mins walk and we walked the back road to the town and that took no longer than 20mins and our boys 14 and 10 was happy to do this... Gutted to be home thanks for helping us have a fab holiday 😊👍

Wonderful stay at casa latino. Hot tub and pool were a great bonus. We used them every day as they were so warm,and we all agreed they helped our aged bones! The villa inside and out was spacious, well maintained and comfortable. We hired a small car and travelled around the island seeing most of the attractions,which were so different to anything else we have seen.. We had a lovely holiday and would love to stay at this villa again.
