Preciosa,amplia y acogedora villa para 8 personas, situada en la falda de montaña roja de Playa Blanca.
Consta de 4 habitaciones dobles y 4 cuartos de baño completos, 3 de ellos en suite y 2 de ellos con ducha exterior. Amplio salón con 2 ambientes, así como cocina con barra americana y comedor anexo.
También posee un porche y pérgola con zona de estar y comedor, más un pequeño jardín interior. Alrededor de la piscina climatizada e iluminada, hay tumbonas, así como ducha exterior. En la azotea tiene un habitáculo con mirador desde el que se puede disfrutar de una vista de 360º, sobre Playa Blanca, Lobos y Fuerteventura.
En el interior, hay aire acondicionado ,televisores de plasma y wiffi por toda la casa. También dispone de aparcamiento individual para 2 coches.

Comodidad y relax en Lanzarote
La primera vez que visitamos Lanzarote.
Nuestra experiencia ha sido buena. La casa es amplia con diferentes estancias y ambientes.
La zona de piscina dispone de solárium y hamacas.
Destacar la atención de Mayte como anfitriona, que ha estado pendiente en todo momento de que todo estuviese a nuestro gusto y por supuesto de Eric que ha sido muy agradable y ha estado atento para que estuviésemos cómodos.
La casa está situada en una zona residencial lo que resulta cómodo para desconectar ya que no hay ruidos molestos. La zona está muy cerca de Playa Blanca con buenos restaurantes y si te gustan las playas vírgenes puedes ir a la zona de Marina Rubicon. Está próximo a P. Timanfaya así como a la zona de los hervideros o Lago Verde.

Fantastic villa!
We stayed for 9 nights and had wonderful time in this spacious villa. The owner was quick to respond to questions during the booking process and Eric, the property manager, was welcoming and on hand to help with any queries. The villa is in a gated complex at the foot of Montana Rosa and about a 30 minute walk into Playa Blanca. We had a car and mostly drove or got taxis (approx €4) into town. Parking and driving is very easy in Lanzarote! The villa is very well equipped. Towels are provided for the pool and the kitchen had every gadget you can think of. We had fun trying out the orange juicer! It was cool enough without the air conditioning in March and Eric adjusted the pool temperature when we arrived as it was a little cool to start off with. There were some barking dogs in the property behind the villa but they weren't barking all of the time and we didn't hear them at night. We have a dog so it didn't bother us. We would consider staying again.

All I can say is Wow!
What can I say. This villa is amazing. My husband is in a wheelchair and yet he could move around with ease. There were 7 of us in total and yet we never felt cramped. There is so much space to move around in and it is so comfortable. We could relax by the pool, chill on one of the many comfy chairs or sofas, or simply sunbathe/swim. And to not have lots of people wanting to get in the pool at the same time was wonderful. This was our first time in a private villa and it is an experience we will be repeating - again and again. Eric was on hand if needed. We used the taxi service to get around, we ate out a handful of times but made use of the wonderful facilities in the kitchen. Yes the dogs next door could be a little annoying at times but we get this at home too so not too much of a problem for us. We had a fabulous holiday and relaxed instantly from the moment we arrived to the moment we had to sadly say goodbye. We will be coming back that's for sure.

Spacious holiday home with heated pool
Spacious holiday home with lovely heated pool and well equipped kitchen. Eric, who looks after the property lives close by and was always on hand if we needed anything but never intrusive. A car would be advantageous but bus stop only a short walk away. Plenty of taxis in Playa Blanca if needed.

Perfecto
Casa perfecta, para descansar y desconectar de todo.
David y Erick atentos en todo momento, para que no te falte de nada. En la casa no falta ningún detalle, lo que hace que la estancia sea mas fácil.
Si volvemos a Lanzarote, repetiremos seguro.

Absolutely beautiful property with excellent quality furniture.
Property owner is lovely and very helpful and so is the property manager Erik.
We stayed here as a family of 5 for 2 weeks.
I would highly recommend this place but the only problen was the local dogs that barked constantly through day and night.
We found this property very disappionting for this reason.
The neighbours dogs in the back garden, to the right hand side, never stopped barking which spoiled our holiday unfortunately.
Every single video that we have of our babies first holiday around the pool, had the dogs barking in the background.
We paid, in our eyes, a lot of money to have the perfect holiday with our children but unfortunately it wasnt peaceful due to the local dogs.
We totally understand that this is beyond the owners control but unfortunatley this ruined our holiday and this will deffinitely stop us from returning to this beautiful property again.
We had to make sure that every window in the property was closed at night, to try and block the noise out.
The only other downside to this property is that the air con is not big enough for the size of the property. There is one air con unit in the lounge which has to supply the 4 bedrooms too so we found it very cold in the lounge but warm in the bedrooms as it didnt quite reach the bedrooms properly. This was ok in April but maybe a problem in July/August when hotter.
Another problem was that one of the other twin rooms had a huge skylite that let a lot of light in once the sun had risen so expect to get up at 5am as there is no blinds or shutters on this room!! My husband had to go on the roof and put towels over the skylight, along with other heavy objects to try and stop this and the heavy winds from blowing them off.
Its a very beautiful house apart from these unfortunate problems but for us as a family, it was very disappointing, especially for the price and the fact that we had gone the extra mile to make our holiday special instead of staying in a bog standard hotel.
If we was rating the property and the host, we would deffinitely give 5+ stars but if I was to give our honest opinion on our stay, due to the dogs and the anount paid, id five a ( 2 ) im afffaird (sorry to the owner) but im sure that you need the feedback and I see that we are not the only ones unfortunately to complain about the local dogs

Thanks for staying at our property.
We feel very much the barking of the dogs in front, it is something that we are solving with the community because it does not depend of us. In addition to the air conditioning, there are 3 fans in the villa to make the stay cooler. You are the first people who complain about the light in the room, thank you for letting us know, we will put something that does not let light in the future.

Excellent Villa
An excellent villa in a gated development next to Montana Rosa. Very well furnished with a well equipped kitchen and living area.
Outside space is entirely secluded and not overlooked at all, very spacious with a great 'outdoor-indoor' area next to the large BBQ. Pool is excellent, kept very clean and warm.
Erick is on hand 24/7 to help with any queries and advice - this makes all the difference.
Would highly recommend.

Had an amazing week at this fabulous villa. The villa is very well equipped, lovely secluded pool, BBQ area and wonderful outdoor seating area that can be closed off if it gets windy. Will definitely consider going back next Christmas. we didn't hire a car but the walking was good and ample taxis to return at night if the walk felt too much. Great walk up the volcano as well.

Great place for a family vacation
We had a great vacation in this lovely roomy house. The house is furnished with high end material and is clean. If you have a car (must have) and don't have very young children (open access to pool) I can recommend this place to everyone. Erick and David were easy to deal with and very quick to respond.
We had an Air Conditioning issue which made the nights quite warm. David purchased 3 fans for us to stay cool during the nights. Great service!
Playa Blanca is too far to walk on a daily base (especially with groceries) so a car is a must have. Car rentals are cheap on the island though (approximately 170 euros for 2 weeks)
