Great villa with all you need definitely needed a car as wife was heavily pregnant and it's up the top of a hill with a decent supermarket being 45 minutes hilly walk away, my 5 year old daughter loved the pool and jacuzzi though and called it amazing Spain holiday which was a success.
Only downside would be the cleanliness was not very good not owners fault but wife wernt happy black feet constantly and kitchen needed a better clean. But Great stay well worth it

Villa Daire
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Daire, villa was clean and comfortable for six of us, fully equipped kitchen, English tv channels were a big plus, pool and jacuzzi were warm enough even in January, views over playa Blanca at night was lovely, some comfortable seats on the patio would have been nice but that’s my only gripe, couple of issues with water pressure but Dave was the within half an hour and sorted them out, thanks Dave, Ian was great to communicate with, would highly recommend villa Daire and we can’t wait to come back.

Villa Daire Playa Blanca
Fabulous place to stay the villa suited all of our needs as a family of five, location was excellent in a nice quiet area, villa was spotless and the pool was immaculate, we had a car and had plenty of space for parking, a car is definitely needed and the owner pointed in the right direction for car hire. We had a great time 😃

La situación de la casa genial si esperas tranquilidad y buen tiempo, muy amplia y con todo lo necesario para estar en familia , las únicas pegas que podemos poner es q le falta algo de mantenimiento y q la televisión de dormitorio en nuestro caso no funcionaba , pero hemos estado muy agusto

Private, peaceful and wonderful views
The villa is set in a peaceful residential part of Playa Blanca, about 5 minutes drive from the main town. The outside space is very nice - a large dining table, a good sized patio area, and a nice sized pool. We were staying on a particularly windy week, so even though the pool is heated it wasn't really warm enough to swim or use the hot tub. I suspect these are very useful during the summer months though!
The views from the villa are wonderful - long views over Playa Blanca and over to the mountains. Even watching the huge rain clouds and sandstorms pass over the town were entertaining. There is a roof over the dining area so you can still use this area even if it is raining. We took this villa specifically because we wanted a nice view and it certainly delivered that. The terrace/pool area is also completely private (not overlooked), which is rare. The private driveway was also very useful, although there was plenty of space on the road as well. It is a residential area, so was nice and quiet at night (quiet at all times).
The beds and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. There was plenty of hot water and the showers were nice and powerful. There is a good internet connection and the TV picks up lots of channels, although we didn't use it much as the view out of the window was far more appealing.
We would recommend having a hire car as the main supermarkets are in the centre of town. There is plenty of free parking in the main town, and the supermarket had its own underground car park, so having a car was very easy. It may be more difficult in the high season but in November we never had to think about parking.
There are many nice restaurants within easy drive. We especially liked Sebastyan's Restaurant (Greek) which is only a few minutes drive away, and there are plenty of nice restaurants and shops at the Rubicon Marina, about 5 minutes away. Again, parking very easy (and free). The beaches of Papagayo are stunning, even in the November wind, and certainly the most attractive I've seen on any of the Canary Islands (and I've been to 5 of them!). We will definitely return to them in summer. However, we would recommend hiring an SUV type vehicle as the beaches are in a national park which has a very rough track road for several kilometers. We had to be very careful in our little VW Polo. Something with bigger tyres and more ground clearance would be highly recommended.
We would happily recommend this villa - it's just a shame we hit a very windy week and couldn't make more use of the pool.

Fabulous villa. Perfect location
The villa had the most amazing view to wake up to, chill out through the day to and relax to on an evening. Plenty of space and bathrooms which is great for our family with teenagers. Everything you could need in the villa. The pool area is fantastic. A quick 5 minute drive away from restaurants and shops. Our first villa stay and we are hoping to visit again next year.

Great family villa
We stayed for 2 weeks here. This villa has everything a family needs! There are 5 of us 2 adult and 3 boys.
The villa was spotless on our arrival plenty of space for us all. Lovely terrace area with dining table and a bar b q which we used a few times.
Modern well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of plates cutlery glasses and cups as well as cooking utensils.
There is a collection of books in the lounge to read, I read 3 and left 2 extra!
The pool and jacuzzi are brilliant the kids loved them! They were also cleaned 3 times during our stay. The villa was cleaned thoroughly and all the beds changed and clean towels half way through our stay. The villa team are always on hand just a message or email away if you have and questions they respond quickly.
If your a family looking for a home from home while enjoying a great holiday then this is the place for you!

Playa blanca villa
Great villa, great pool,very clean, great view,we had a problem when we first, but it was dealt with very quickly by Ian the owner and the team A1 villas.25 mins walk to the town or a 4euro taxi ride, taxi rank 5minswalk from villa. I would recommend thid place to anyone.

We were very pleased with the facilities at the villa. The owner gave clear instructions for how to get there and advised renting a car, which we did. One small niggle was that despite 2 e-mails to owner there was no cot set up. However this was swiftly (10 mins) rectified by the management team. The team also dealt efficiently with a couple of small problems. We would recommend this villa to families
