There is a large summer house with glass sliding doors which has a large dining table and 6 chairs,a chill-out area with wicker sofa and 2 chairs,plus coffee table and standard lamp. To the back of the Summer House is an exercise area. Utility Room: Which is off the right of the kitchen, washing machine, laundry basket, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen , beach towels/towels are included and changed weekly. All bath towels changed mid week (not beach) The pool is cleaned weekly (mid week if necessary) and the garden/pool areas are regularly maintained. Other: Casa Emily has private boff-road parking at the front of the house for 2 cars. There is a large terrace to the back of the house with a heated swimming pool,table/6 chairs and parasol,6 sun loungers,snooker table, BBQ.

Spent 2 weeks at this fantastic villa from 05/09/23 I’ve only just got around to writing this review because I’ve been so fed up since returning to the UK. I was spoilt for 2 weeks the villa is amazing the space is unbelievable so much space, great rooms, fab pool and close to Playa Blanca (within walking distance)
The welcome basket on arrival was amazing and the owners came to clean the villa and the pool throughout our stay. Everything you need for a fantastic holiday so relaxing and will be booking again

Excellent Host and Immaculate accommodation and I am very fussy regarding cleanliness.
I would definitely stay here again. Everywhere was so clean and tidy. Marius and his team had put up a Christmas tree decorated and hung with chocolates, a box of very nice chocolates also left beside it. A welcome pack of essentials also lager, wine.water and juice all very appreciated as we arrived after 6pm on Christmas Eve Marius dropped in on Christmas Day to check passports and ensure everything was ok for us. The pool was cleaned thoroughly half way through our stay.

Christmas in the Sun
We have just come back from an amazing holiday at this Villa, the Villa was lovely and clean and Marious was very helpful especially when we were stuck with getting a taxi back to the airport.
It is a short walk (20mins) into the town and there was a shop on a complex close by that we were able to use.
We would highly recommend this Villa and will definitely be back in the future.

What a wonderful villa!
We have just spent 4 lovely days at Casa Emily.
I have to say I was extremely impressed with the level of attention to detail that the owners have put into this place. The welcome pack was excellent (very unexpected) and sometimes it's the little things that make a place - like the fact that there were dishwasher tablets, or plenty of bin bags etc. I can honestly say we didn't have any of those moments where we said, "Argh, I'll need to pop to the shops to buy one of those!".
The pool was a very nice temparature and heated by an air source heat pump (very eco-friendly!), the outdoor pool table was great fun and the BBQ area well appointed.
All the rooms were a decent size and nice and comfortable.
Many thanks to Marius for making us feel so welcome.
I would thoroughly recommend this place to families and couples alike.

Home from home comforts ..Plus a great host Marius and his lovely wife.
Excellent welcome pack .,Airport transfers if needed.Very safe area .20 min walk to beach and shops..Our stay was for three weeks mixed age family group Hopefully Will book the house again

Maravillosa villa en la mejor zona de Lanzarote
Estuvimos una semana y fue inolvidable. La villa estaba totalmente equipada incluyendo futbolín y billar con el que pasamos muy buenos ratos. Su gran jardín con piscina era la zona de descanso perfecta después de un día de excursiones.
La atención de Marius fue impecable y estuvo dispuesto siempre que lo necesitamos.
Si volvemos a Lanzarote, cosa más que probable, volveremos a Casa Emily sin duda.

Excellent outdoor space and host
We have just returned from 9 nights at Casa Emily and highly recommend. Marius provided airport transfer for a reasonable fee. Welcome pack was a nice touch. The street feels like a quiet residential area, maybe due to Covid.
We loved the great outdoor space with pool table, fussball, and nice big pool. 20 / 25 minute walk back from supermarket / PB might not be for everybody so car would be handy but plenty of cheap cabs and Marius also offered a supermarket run.
The wifi was excellent too, which we needed for a bit of 'homeworking' and it proved more reliable than our own VirginMedia.
We wanted to extend our stay until Lockdown2 made it a little too risky for return flights and Marius was happy to accomodate our changing plans. I think 4 stars for the Villa and its location but the host and outside space made it a 5 stars.
Thanks Marius, hope to see you again!

Fantastic Casa Emily
We stayed at Casa Emily for two weeks in July and had the most fantastic time. The villa is perfect for all your needs and Marius was the perfect host. From the welcome pack to collection from and back to the airport, to running us into town for shopping. Lovely and clean, amazing outside space, pool, BBQ, (which we only used once as we preferred to eat out and found it cheap enough), summerhouse and the Pool table is a great bonus, especially for keeping teens (And Adults) happy if bored of the swimming pool or sunbathing. The location is good too, albeit, maybe not for the lesser able. We found it to be a pleasant (mainly flat)15-20 minute walk (Just under a mile) to the beach or town centre and usually got a taxi back which were plentiful and cheap at around 3-4 euro. We didn’t hire a car as I don’t usually like to drive on holiday but would recommend one if you like to get out and about and see the sights and don’t like to walk too far. It was our first visit to Playa Blanca and we loved it, albeit a bit strange as all the hotels were closed and a lot of the bars and restaurants too, so very quiet but nice. We stayed as two families of 3 and absolutely loved everything about Casa Emily, Playa Blanca and our host, Marius. I just wish we could keep it a secret as we would definitely love to be back at the wonderful house ASAP.
Once again, a big thank you to Marius for your hospitality and we hope to come back in the near future. 😁👍

Fantastic
Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Casa Emily.The house is spotless and very modern and has everything you need for a perfect stay.The pool and summerhouse outside was lovely with the added bonus of a pool table,which we all enjoyed.On arrival Marius the owner had left us a welcome gift of food and drink which was a lovely touch, and he came to welcome us and to help us with anything we needed.The house is situated in a lovely quiet area of playa Blanca and is about 10-15 minute walk to town. Marius is a very friendly host and nothing is too much trouble and we cannot thank him enough for our wonderful stay.We would love to come back next year

The villa is a only a few minutes walk from most amenities. The bus station has a bus service which takes you to Arrecife (no 60) and to the airport via Puerto del Carmen (no 161).
Travel:
Arrecife airport is approximately 35 minutes drive to the villa. Car hire is recommended to make full use of your stay and to enjoy the island and all that it has to offer.
