Excellent stay

The villa was just what we wanted, the layout was perfect for us and the outside space ideal. The air con was the best part of the house and you really do need it in the summer months. Highly recommend the villa. Thanks again to Mark the owner who was always there with the answers I needed and Steve was our contact in Spain who again was spot on with customer service. Thanks again for a great stay

Great family property

Excellent location, a fabulous property, family friendly, with lots to do in the area. Great restaurants close by which were good value.

Fun for all the family

We had a wonderful two weeks at this property. Loved the outdoor space, which had enough shaded areas to have a rest from the sun. The bar/bbq area was great and the fact wifi still worked outside was a big bonus. Conservatory area was well used to eat. Pool was a nice size (& well maintained) and jacuzzi nice change if you just wanted to sit and soak up the rays. Very quiet residential area which we really liked; heard very little noise from people or traffic. Great location to venture to other towns, supermarket etc.

Just perfect!

We have stayed in many villas in many parts of Europe over the last fifteen years but never have we stayed in such a quiet peaceful and pleasant villa as this. Quite properly named, the villa has wonderful outdoor spaces that overlook the mountains. They range from the lovely pool and Jacuzzi area which even has it's own bar area with wine cooler, fridge and BBQ, to the splendid roof terrace. Inside the villa is well equipped with everything one would need for a relaxing holiday. There are two large supermarkets within a five minute drive and loads of lovely towns and villages within a 20 minute drive. FABULOUS! We will be back but for much longer next time.

Lovely peaceful setting

We had a great stay at Bella Villa, the meet and greet was good the apartment well appointed, clean and in a lovely peaceful setting. Great for days lazing in the garden by the fab private pool with views over the hills - Mark bought well as you are the end plot with lovely views. Used the lovely covered eating area when dining late at night really lovely. Great for a relaxing getaway. The villa is set in what I can best describe as a new housing development with the two neighboring properties and others nearby being owned and lived in by by "normal Spanish" people rather than all being holiday rentals, so it is not on a huge timeshare complex more of a housing estate - which is I guess what gives it have a homely quiet feeling. Car or push bikes(could easily cycle to the beech if you hired bikes but too far to walk) is a must as a little way from anything except the one bar on site, which was a little pricey (pizzas and pastas we off the menu due to kitchen refurb?!) food was average for the price - great waiting staff. We were at the end of the season and the bar only had entertainment on the Sunday night, but we met up with a lovely couple in a neighboring apartment and made our own entertainment. Mojocar a must to visit, lovely beeches and bars, old town up in the hill with breathtaking views. Horse riding nearby, great base to see local area. Very few negatives to mention certainly nothing that would ruin your holiday - air conditioning a little noisey and one unit for all rooms so if some like it hot and others dont you are in trouble; but as out of season we shut blinds, turned the ac off and left the windows open - apparently if you try this in hotter weather you will get eaten! Cushions for the sunbeds would be a great improvement, sunbeds very hard without (we are a skinny bunch). Otherwise a 5 star apartment. All in all a fab villa in a great location.

Combined with a great spell of weather, our stay was excellent. The property was very well appointed and Mark has supplied everything you would need on holiday, from corkscrews and champagne bucket thru british telly (if you want it) to a tempoary fence to keep young children away from teh pool if needed. High quality throughout. The urbanisation was quite qiet when we visited, but the on-site local restaurant & bar was open - the menu was varied enough The Supermarket wasminutes away by car, a few minutes more to the beach and the property ideally placed for exploring this part of Spain Would certianly recommend this property to anyone

Una Maravilla

Buenos días. Hemos estado este "Puente de la Constitución", en esta maravillosa casita. La casa es preciosa, con todo lo necesario para una estancia fantástica. El interior de la vivienda, esta muy bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. En la parte trasera, tiene un Jardin muy bonito. Con una piscina y un Jacuzzi expectacular. Ademas, Mayo que es la persona con la que hablamos, es muy amigable y simpatica. Sin duda, volveremos si podemos. Un saludo.

An enjoyable Holiday

The weather was great and the villa is set in an ideal location within a gated complex. Very quiet with a bar/restaurant within 100m but did not use. The villa interior was excellent, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning runs off one unit throughout the villa so all have to agree to have it on or off. The exterior offered an outside bar which was great, the BBQ was good but you had to supply your own gas for the BBQ which we think should have been included within the price of the rental. We were disappointed with the Jacuzzi which requires an additional fee to have it heated. Due to issues beyond our control the Jacuzzi was out of action for 13 of the 14 nights. Pool was lovely and a decent size. There was lack of interest and communication from Mark the owner with regards to some issues that we encountered.

Geweldige villa met prachtige tuin

Afgelopen week hebben wij in Bella Villa verbleven. We hebben ontzettend van het huis genoten. Alles wat je maar kan bedenken is aanwezig en de sleuteloverdracht ging ook heel soepel. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer boeken!

A luxury stay in the sun!

My partner and I booked this Villa for a week in September. We had seen the pictures but really didn't expect it to be such the lovely standard that it was. The Villa was clean and tidy but comfortable with all mod cons including wifi. The pool and garden area was amazing, the jacuzzi was lovely and the outdoor shower a bonus. The added benefit of an outdoor bar with fridge was lovely meaning you didn't have to keep traipsing in and out for drinks. There was also a gas BBQ but we didn't use it during our stay. The towels and linen we all in great condition and even the pillows were comfy (a rarity on holiday!) The owner Mark was always very quick to respond to my emails and answer any questions I had and booking was quick and easy. I really can't fault the villa at all, the only things I have suggested to the property owner is perhaps considering offering a welcome pack such as water, tea, coffee and sugar, we arrived quite late in the evening but fortunately stopped off at a shop on the way but if that was not possible there isn't really anywhere within walking distance to get anything like that later in the evening. The Villa is in an estate and we were told we were also able to use the communal pool and Gym which was an added bonus (I'm afraid we didn't find time) and there is also the La Peperina Restaurant and Bar literally a stones throw away which was a nice friendly relaxed place for a bite to eat and drink. They have live music on Sunday evenings which we really enjoyed the Sunday we were there. In terms of the local area I would strongly recommend hiring a car for your holiday as to get out and do things you will need one. The nearest beach is Vera Playa (be aware one part of it is naturist) but we preferred the drive to Mojacar as the beach was nicer there and it's a nice drive. We really loved our week at Bella Villa and have already rebooked for next year which I think says it all.
