We spent a week in this lovely location in Fuerteventura. The location was very clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the owner worked really well and easy and Toni welcomed us warmly and explained us all the details of the house. As the weather sometimes wasn't too hot, we enjoyed our time in the hot Jacuzzi. The location of the house is also great, close to the airport and going to both north and south coast was easy and didn't take too long. We can definitely recommend this house!

De agradecer también el detalle que tuvieron con unos regalitos para los niños a nuestra llegada. La villa está muy bien, en un sitio muy tranquilo sin ruidos, tiene una buena piscina y además tiene billar, jacuzzi, juegos para los niños, etc.. En definitiva una villa para recomendar.

La villa es maravillosa muy bien equipada con todo lo que necesitas Martín y tracy muy atentos durante la reserva y terri siempre pendiente a lo que necesitáramos, un paquete de vienvenida sorprendente la piscina increíble con la barbacoa y el rey de las noches era el jacuzzi lo pasábamos asta tarde todos en el jacuzzi sin duda la mejor villa repetiremos porque lo pasamos genial

We have just returned from a very relaxing stay at Villa Mimosa. The villa has everything you need for a lovely holiday with a well equipped kitchen and BBQ. The welcome pack was a wonderful addition. The pool is a good size and we enjoyed the jacuzzi, pool table and table tennis. We walked each time to the shops and restaurants, but got a taxi from behind the shopping centre on the way back as it is quite a walk in the heat. Tracy kept us well informed before our holiday and was very patient as we waited to see if the flights would be running and Terry was on hand to help during our stay. Thankyou for sharing your wonderful villa with our family.

Great villa for family celebration. All contact with Tracy from initial booking was quick and helpful and during our stay Terry was on hand if we needed anything. We made full use of the pool, hot tub and barbecue, and thought the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Highly recommended see you next year

Really impressed with this beautiful villa. It's extremely well equipped, especially in the kitchen, and we loved the pool and hot tub. The location is great, near the airport and a short walk to the beach and shops. I will definitely be back!!

We have recently returned from Villa Mimosa and our first ever villa holiday experience. We certainly were not disappointed. From our first contact with Tracy when we booked to the last minute question and answer session before departure she was quick to respond and always very helpful. Whilst at the resort, Terry was always on hand during our stay for any queries we had and was regularly round to check the pool temperature and cleanliness. Our break was very enjoyable for everyone. Lots of relaxing round the pool, playing on the beach, BBQ’s at the villa and eating out at the local restaurants. Lots of inflatables, the hot tub and the table tennis made leaving the villa tricky some days. There was also a well equipped kitchen for when we did eat in too. We didn’t hire a car as we wanted a relaxed holiday and didn’t need one as a taxi home after dinner out was never more than 4 euros for all 8 of us. All in all a great holiday for families of all ages (we ranged from 7-70).

We recently booked the villa for a week. The villa is located exactly 1 mile (1.6km) to the nearest shop in the commercial centre where there's also a number of shops, bars and restaurants. Caleta de Fusta is about 2 miles (3km) away. We hired a vehicle for the week (not expensive to hire cars on the island) which we found essential to go shopping and go sightseeing. The villa is located between 2 golf courses in a quiet residential area. Externally the swimming pool and hot tub were excellent. There was also a table tennis table and plenty of pool toys/inflatables for children. The pool area enjoys sunshine almost all day long with comfortable sun loungers. The roof terrace gives extra outside space although it was fairly windy during our stay so we only used the roof terrace once or twice. There is a large BBQ which we used a lot and there was plenty of charcoal available when we arrived and we left the same quantity when we left (available from the local shop). Internally the kitchen was well kitted out and we were delighted with the beers, wine and cava that were chilling in the fridge on our arrival. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 1 with en-suite and a large family bathroom. The living room is generously proportioned with a smart tv and wifi. We are considering returning with some friends in the future. My family and I stayed at villa mimosa the last week in March 2019. Tracey and terry we’re both very helpful and communication was no problem, speedy replied from both. Both are very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Terry was round a couple of times on our stay to make sure pool/hot tub levels were suitable and was always polite and chatty. The welcome pack when we arrived was very generous, cold beer and wine chilling in the fridge for our arrival was just what we needed after a long time travelling. Everything you would need has been provided for, right down to portable speakers, hairdryers/straighteners, ironing board, cool box and packs, loads of books and board games, pool toys and inflatables and anything else you would expect to find in your own home. The villa is a very short drive from the airport on the golf course estate so there isn’t much traffic going by, it’s very quiet. The neighbours are quiet and always say hi. The hot tub is so relaxing when it gets a bit cooler in the evening and is a great addition to the villa. The pool is great and with a small kids paddling pool it was great for us with two little ones. The villa has a great layout and room enough for all 8 of us. The roof terrace is another great space for chilling during the day with seating and sun loungers up there. The outside dining table and couches are slightly shaded which is good for when it gets a bit too hot. Overall every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay 100% with zero complaints from any of our party. I can certainly see us booking up for next year. Tracy was a great host from start to finish. Excellent communication and fast response. Nothing was too much trouble. Great welcome pack on arrival which included wine beer & sangria. This was best welcome pack we’ve ever had. Lovely spacious villa. Bed was lovely and comfy & great modern shower and plenty of hot water. Real home from home having uk channels and great sound system for music. But the best part was the outdoor area. This was amazing. Wonderful pool area with lovely water temperature. And fabulous hot tub where we had many a relaxing evening with a glass of wine. We also loved the table tennis this was great fun. Fabulous location away from the busy area but within 5 mins in car to the main centre . Had some great food at Ascension and Fifteen. Fantastic weather ! Great holiday , Loved it and can’t wait to go back !
