Excellent
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. La terrasse sur le toit permet de profiter d’une vue sur la mer d’un côté et des volcans de l’autre.
La piscine est immense avec chaises longues et parasols. Le quartier est très calme. Tout était parfait. Seul petit bémol : la terrasse qui jouxte l’appartement n’est pas ombragée,
Donc c’est un peu compliqué le midi pour être en extérieur, mais c’est la résidence qui est construite de la sorte donc le propriétaire ne peut rien y faire. En tout cas nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Lovely apartment!
We had a lovely holiday! Apartment is immaculate, has everything you need and is very homely. The pool is lovely and quiet, most days we had it practically to ourselves! The free bus to the spar supermarket is very handy, if you walk down, it's a about a 15-20mins walk, then another 20-30mins walk to where all the restaurants are. The owner Ian is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries, as was Julie the housekeeper. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment!

Perfect break
Lovely spacious and roomy bright apartment. Really was a home from home!
The upstairs sun terrace is a definite plus on days you want to just chill out.
It’s about a 20 minute walk down to the main shopping centre but it a pleasant walk and all downhill. You can always get the bus or a taxi which is just a few euros. We always hire a car and use Cigar car hire at the airport. Never had any issue and found them to be very reasonable.
We have visited this area many time and feel at home in the resort.
The beaches are lovely and clean and never crowded.
This year we visited the old capital of Betancuria which is now a historical town. The village is absolutely beautiful and well worth the drive up into the mountains.
We would not hesitate to recommend Ian’s apartment or Caleta de Fuste and will certainly be back. Also thanks to Sue the housekeeper who went to the trouble of getting us some water and milk due to our planes late arrival.

Excellent Apartment
Lovely apartment in a good location.
We really enjoyed our stay, owners are extremely helpful and the booking process was easy, we would happily stay in the apartment again.
The large roof terrace is excellent for sunbathing, the apartment is very clean and Is a real “home from home” - the only thing we would change are the single beds pushed together in the main bedroom, both with single duvets.
Overall we had a great holiday, weather was fantastic and we look forward to hopefully staying there again in the future.

Great apartment and location
We spent the month of February in this apartment and have no hesitation in recommending for a comfortable and quiet stay.
Apartment is well equipped and in a lovely location with great views and only a 25 minute stroll to a Spa supermarket and restaurants. From there there is a fantastic promenade into town.
We will book again.

Lovely clean apartment
Cracking 2 bed apartment in Las Rocas golf resort. It’s a good half an hour walk to Altlantico, however, the free bus from Elba Golf Hotel, just across from the apartment, was superb and got us there in a couple of minutes. We used this free bus a couple of times and then chose to walk into the next part of town, 20/25 minutes along the coast. We loved the apartment with the spacious 2 bedrooms and plenty of storage for clothes with the wardrobes, side drawers and dressers in the bedrooms. The layout was perfect and clean and tidy. Ceiling fans in the living room, dining area and both bedrooms. However, we opened all the doors and the lounge window and that cooled the apartment down, without the use of the fans. The spacious balcony with doors leading to it from the living room and the master bedroom, has a dining table and chairs and was lovely to enjoy a cuppa first thing. The area was so quiet, we only ever heard the occasional car and the hourly bus go by. The large roof terrace was great with spectacular views and 4 sun beds and another outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and we used the facilities a couple of days out of our stay and all worked fine. There is use of the communal pool, however we didn’t make use of it. The apartment had a hairdryer, safe, washing machine, iron, coffee machine, microwave, TV with loads of channels and loads of books to read. It was a home from home. We would definitely go back.

Holiday Apartment
This is a great apartment situated in a quiet location with good access to the pool, the apartment has everything you need and the whole area feels safe and secure, loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning with a coffee and staring in to the distance of the sea view, the roof terrace catches the sun all day and is private enough to enjoy by yourselves, we would definitely book here again.

Great position, sun all day.
Good location for golf nearby, 5min walk. Spacious apartment. Able to sit out in the sun early morning on patio, afternoon on the roof terrace. Free bus shuttle during day from nearby hotel to beach, resort, supermarket, if not taxis were cheap.

FABULOUS APARTMENT
Great location, spacious well kept development with nice views. The golf hotel nearby served us fabulous cocktails! The apartment exceeded our expectations and was large, well furnished with everything you could possible need included. We loved the roof terrace and spent most of our time there. We will definitely book again and we were sorry to leave! Many Thanks Ian.
