We travelled to Casa Magnolia as a party of 9 (4 children and 5 adults). The villa has everything, and more, that we required. The stair gates were a real bonus and the kids had a great time in the pool. The bedrooms are all really spacious, especially the master bedroom upstairs which was huge! We travelled with my disabled father and we had no issues moving him around the villa (there are one or two steps to get into the villa from outside) and the down stairs bedrooms were perfect for what we required and he was more than comfortable in the villa and sitting outside. The gardens and pool are all really well maintained and we enjoyed many bbq's sat outside under the terrace (you do get eaten by mosquitoes so remember the repellent!). Overall this is an excellent villa for family and friends and is kitted out with everything that you could want when on a self catering holiday. It is situated in a lovely private residential area with shops and amenities only a short drive away. We had a great time and look forward to returning sometime in the future.

This is a very spacious (inside and out) and well appointed Villa. We had a party with an age range from 16 months (plenty of toys in the cupboard) to (you should never ask a lady's age). You can mix when you want to and still have your own space. It feels very much like home from the first hour and is very clean and secure. The golf clubs are a real bonus and there is plenty of parking in the driveway. The welcome pack was just that. You need a hire car, but the beach and port are only a short drive and Estepona is only 30 minutes away. The information folder is very useful and we mixed eating in with going out and ordering in. The pool is great feature (take a deep breath) and remember the "mossie" spray as they do bite if you sit out late into the evening (it is Spain). highly recommended as we felt really relaxed here.

This was our third visit to Casa Magnolia. It was just as lovely as the first time. Everything was spotless and extremely comfortable for our family. The Villa is very private and not over looked and the pool area is very sociable with all of the outside space situated around the pool. The Villa is also very spacious with four very generous bedrooms, all with bathrooms and very well equipped. We will definitely visit again.

La Villa es ideal para unas tranquilas vacaciones en familia. La casa es muy grande con habitaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas. Cuenta con una piscina magnífica y con una zona exterior de terraza muy bien acondicionada para disfrutar de unas agradables veladas nocturnas. Muy practica también la barbacoa. Tienes todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones con todas las comodidades. La vivienda es muy tranquila y silenciosa. Sin duda, volveremos. Gracias por todo, Terrie!!!

We stayed at Casa Magnolia for a week but could definitely have done with a longer stay. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The location was great for travelling and exploring, and seeing a totally different part of Spain. The villa was spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a family holiday, including all toys and safety aids for children in the swimming pool. If you have any problems whilst staying one phone call and it is sorted within hours. In all a brilliant holiday one that even the youngest members of the family will always remember. Pasamos unos días en familia durante el pasado mes de agosto y lo cierto es que casa Magnolia tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para disfrutar de tus vacaciones. La vivienda es amplia, confortable y bonita en una zona tranquila de la Urbanización Sotogrande Alto y a unos diez minutos en coche de supermercados, restaurantes o la playa. Terrie nos envió previamente unas indicaciones sobre la vivienda que resultaron muy útiles. Además, el trato por parte del agente local, fue igualmente extraordinario. Nos solventaron de inmediato una incidencia con la sintonización de la televisión y queremos agradecer a Ana, persona que nos enviaron para ayudarnos en las tareas domesticas, su amabilidad y buen hacer cada día. En definitiva, casa Magnolia es una experiencia my recomendable y seguro repetiremos.

We have just returned from our holiday at Casa Magnolia and had a fabulous time. We would 100% return. The location of the villa was perfect for exploring! The villa itself is a home from home & it had everything we needed and more. Terrie and Sharon were a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking process and they made sure everything was taken care of for us. They were happy to answer any questions we had. I honestly cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough...we just wish we were still there!

we stayed here for 12 days when we arrived I was really surprised at what was here everything you could want for even down to inflatables for the pool floatation devices for the kids we had such a wonderful time we are thinking of rebooking for a future holiday everything you need or want to go see is not to much trouble to get to many thanks and we will be back I am sure many thanks review posted by rick Williams

Casa Magnolia ist eher eine Villa Magnolia :) Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!!! Trotz Regen an den ersten beiden Tagen haben wir uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Die Fußbodenheizung war sehr angenehm. Das ganze Haus bietet VIEL Platz, die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und der Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls super (viele Liegen und Sitzbereiche)!! Vielen Dank für das Willkommenspaket im Kühlschrank, das war sehr nett und aufmerksam!! Eine tolle Villa, sehr empfehlenswert!!!

The location of Casa Magnolia is perfect to relax but also perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. The villa is one of the best we have stayed in, in over 30 years of renting villas in the area and we will definitely be going back.
