This apartment is perfect - all you need in Costa Teguise!
Perfectly located a few minutes walk from the lovely Playa Bastian beach, the apartment itself is very cozy with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The Playa Bastian complex is excellent and Casas Verdes has its own private pool and garden which is very peaceful. A supermarket and great restaurants are just across the road and to top if all off Linda is simply a wonderful host, on call for anything you might need or questions you might have. I couldn't recommend this apartment more highly!

Best apartment in 5 years holidaying in Lanzarote
Had lovely 10 days in Linda's apartment. Situation excellent. Near beach. supermarket and many very good restaurants. Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds.
Apartment had everything needed (and I mean everything) and was the best equipped apartment we had used in 5 years. Our only regret is that due to health problems this was possibly our last holiday in Lanzarote but if things improve we will definitely rent this apartment.again.

Fantastic holiday
I’ve been visiting Lanzarote and the Playa Bastian area for more than a decade for warm weather winter cycling. Booking places through Linda has been a big part of that. Linda’s own apartment was exactly as I expected and perfect for all my holiday needs and I spent a happy eight days there over new year. It’s in a quiet complex with a nice balcony and everything you need - supermarkets, bars and restaurants - a very short walk away. The beach was only a little bit further. I would be more than happy to stay there again.

FANTASTIC WEEK
Everything is exactly as described, advertised and seen in all photographs and reviews.
This apartment has everything you need and more; A very generous and thoughtful welcome pack, spotlessly clean, well equiped and extremely comfortable.
The complex is very well maintained and conveniently positioned for everything you will need and enjoy on a holiday.
A bus stop is right outside the complex and for only £2.95 we used the 03 bus service to explore, Costa Teguise – Arrecife – Matagorda – Puerto del Carmen.
Thank you to friendly Linda for a great booking service and being such a lovely lady, we certainly would recommend and look forward to returning again.

Lovely homely apartment Fabulous location...private complex..Los amigos and saulsilito restraunts yards away as well as hammy's bar grill...and best bar...the Dickens over the car park....definitely a little gem...

Perfect well equipped apartment In a nice quiet complex
Booked a few apartments over the years with Linda and could not fault any of them but this was was a cut above the rest. I prefer to stay in and around Playa Bastian so the location was perfect as was the complex which was safe, clean and quiet with a great pool only available to those in the complex and with plenty of sun beds. The apartment itself was very clean and very well equipped, with everything you need should you want to go totally self catering with a very comfortable large balcony to eat al fresco should you choose. There was plenty of hot water with the best pressure I’ve every had outside the UK and an added bonus of fast reliable Wi-fi. Communication with Linda was spot on and I felt she really made the effort to make sure I had all I needed to know about the complex Pryor to my arrival
All in all the apartment ticked all boxes and will be my preferred option whenever I’m visiting Lanzarote in the future.

Vacaciones relajantes y tranquilas
Fabuloso apartamento para pasar unos días tranquilos y relajados... Atardeceres muy bonitos desde la terraza. La piscina perfecta y muy tranquila... Lugar perfecto para ir en pareja o con niños... Linda y Peter unos fantásticos anfitriones... Muy detallistas en todos los aspectos.
. El apartamento muy cómodo y nos hizo la estancia muy buena ya que contamos con paragua para la playa y neveras de playa, hielos de frío y la cocina muy bien equipada... Lo único quizás que eché de menos es el microondas y un sartén que no habían... Pero cuenta con todos los enseres necesarios para poder cocinar... Muy limpio todo y ordenado... La experiencia en el apartamento ha sido buenísima y repetiremos seguro... Nos encantó el sitio y la tranquilidad de la zona con supermercados, farmacias.... Todo muy cerca... Repetiremos pronto... Seguro!!!!

Fantastic apartment, fabulous complex, 5* owners
I cannot thank Linda enough for letting us stay in her fantastic apartment. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your holiday. The sofa bed, my daughter says, is extremely comfortable as is the double bed. The balcony has beautiful views and is well equipped. The pool was amazing, very clean and well stocked with sun loungers. It is gated so only useable by those who stay in the complex. Within easy reach of supermarkets and a small walking distance to the main area of Costa Teguise where there are many restaurants and bars. We can recommend Dickens (in front of the complex) very reasonable for drinks and Magma in the centre, again good for drinks. Restaurants Pablo’s for outstanding food. Thanks again to Linda and Peter. We will be back.

Superb apartment, extremely well equipped, in a quiet but convenient location with lovely views of the sea and gardens.
We've just spent 9 great days in this superbly appointed apartment. Appropriately named Amanacer (Sunrise) it has everything you would want for a 'home from home' holiday. Case Verde is a gated and secure part of the Playa Bastian complex, with its own pool as well as great views of both the sea and its beautiful gardens.The apartment, whilst located in a quiet part of the complex, is not too far from a convenient supermarket, a variety of good restaurants and some shops. Our thanks to Linda, the owner, who went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible.
