After having a very long correspondence and expensive phone in PARALLEL with booking and H2B, after almost 3 weeks, Home2Book keeps lying 'Thank you for your email I will escalate this', while booking offered a miserable compensation which is not even worth the cost of the phonecalls.
Before leaving I asked H2B to inform the next customers about the broken roller shutter. I am sure they NEVER DID.
It is unacceptable that there are no consequences for these people and that B does not take any responsibility for the protection of its customers. Shame!

Cosa non è piaciuto · IF YOU HAD TROUBLE WITH THEM PLEASE READ THIS:
In January I went to Tenerife to WFH. I decided to spend 5 days in El Medano which I booked from Home2Book (nonetheless there were not enough reviews- funny thing is that given that I did not trust the host, I called a BOOking operator to ask about them and he said that I should have trusted booking since they're paid to help us in case of troubles).
I arrived in the apartment which was extremely dark and noisy but didn't pay attention since it was 8 pm. In the morning I try to open the main roller shutter of the living room and realised that this was broken. I immediately text Booking and H2B telling them that I wanted to cancel since I was there to work from home and came all the way to Tenerife to be in a sunny place. They rejected my cancellation attempt and they promised to fix the roller shutter or find another solution.
They never reached out to try to fix the shutter as promised the day before, nor did they find another solution. When I called them in the afternoon they said that they had been in the apartment and their technicians assessed that were not able to fix it so they had to find other external technicians (never happened).
What is more, in their response via email instead, they said that the technician could not come because I was not at home. That is incorrect because as proven from my screenshot I told them that they could go anytime plus there is a code to open the door and my presence was not necessary.
The annoying part is that if I had known I would have left earlier. But since I was promised that they would fix it, I stayed as they kept lying day after day. They continued to respond with lies as they have since the beginning. Booking said that H2B didn't reply to their emails while H2B kept saying that they were in contact with booking. When I sent both parties the screenshots of both correspondences neither of them gave a meaningful answer.
Booking never negotiated any solution.

Horrible employees
They have a horrible employee in Las Palmas named Cristina. She insisted to personally offend me for no reason instead of communicating properly.

Bonito apartamento
Estuvimos, en el mes de septiembre visitando , esta marivillosa zona del sur de tenerife y nos encanto el apartamento , muy bonito , Comodo , bien situado , maravillosa piscina y muy cerca del mar sin duda repetiremos
