Group of 18 people, adults and childs. 2 weeks.
Highlights:
Amplitude of the house and property. Rooms and bathrooms, common areas, furniture, garden and infinity pool. Everything was very clean.
Location and surroundings. 45 minutes from some of the best Cadiz beaches. Very close to Vejer de la Frontera, beautiful "white" town. Property with private trails and paths for running and walking. Fantastic views from the garden, with beautiful sunsets and sky by night plenty of stars.
Javier (the property keeper) is very professional and very nice. Attentive and fast when we have needed it. He has made life easier for us.
And some suggestions to improve:
Wifi quality.
Pool spotlights.
Wooden floor around the pool.

Magnifica elección para vacaciones en los Alcornocales
Primera semana de Agosto 2020. Casa fantástica en una finca de monte que es un privilegio para recorrerla a pie, el embalse del Celemín de fondo con atardeceres de película
Propietario y guardes muy atentos
Hemos visitado Vejer, Medina Sidonia y Alcalá de los Gazules, tres excursiones que hacen muy entretenida la semana .
Recomiendo visitar centro interpretación Casas Viejas 1933, una lección de historia de España

Marvelous opportunity to enjoy the sierra and the beaches of the beautiful Cadiz province
Wonderful finca overlooking a reservoir 10 minutes from a typical andalucian town (Benalup-Casas Viejas), forty minutes from some of the best beaches in Spain (Zahara, Bolonia, Playa de los Alemanes). Combines the seaside with the countryside plus visiting Vejer, Medina Sidonia or Cadiz, all of which are very beautiful and full of local flavor. We were 17 (four families) and all of us had an amazing time.

Beautiful House with wonderful garden, pool and stunning views surrounded by nature
We rented this house with 5 other families and both adults and kids were very happy both inside the house (spacious bed rooms and clean bathrooms) as well as outside. The pool is gorgeous although the pool deck needs a bit of maintenance. The outdoor furniture is of good quality. The garden is well maintained and the views are stunning both day and in the early evenings with amazing sunsets. The house is located in the middle of nature, far away from other neighbours and the next town is a 15 minute drive away but we rarely had to leave the house as private chef Lilia took care of both most of the shopping an the cooking! Would definitely rent this house again.

Excellent location for a larger group
We stayed with 6 families and thus 12 adults and 11 children. this house is located on on a hill and provides an extraordinary view. I can honestly say that every single person that joined our holiday had the best time ever that of course that's due to the company but most importantly, also this great location.We asked the owner for a maid and he arranged help for 8 hours a day. The "maid" turned out to be a great cook and cooked two meals a day and the food was excellent. I recommend you do the same when you travel with a large group, it avoids any possible irritation. To summarize, we enjoyed our stay alot and hopefully will return another time

Amazingly spacious and comfortable house on a wonderfully beautiful spot. The perfect place to relax.
The place sounded very promising but it exceeded our expectations. We were 18 people: my family (including children and gandchildren ) and some friends. Everybody had their own comfortable space. The swimming pool is a great size for adults and younger ones and the views were out of this world, especially at sunset. We never felt the need to go to the beaches around though we knew them all and we had loved going to El Palmar, Bolonia and Zahara de los Atunes in the past. Staying in the house was so comfortable and easy!
The owner was very helpful and made everything very easy for us. The foreman on site, Carlos, took great care of all our needs and kept the swimming pool clean everyday.
We hired daily home help, Raquel. She would help with the washing, the cleaning, the ironing and the cooking.She was so efficient and versatile! I wish she had come back home to London with us!
Going to Benalup was easy and we were lucky enough to take part in some of the local festivities so we were able to see the authentic culture of the place with dancing on the main piazza included.
We also went to the beautiful town of Vejer where we ate at a wonderful restaurant called "El Claustro". From its chill-out bar we enjoyed breathtaking views of this "pueblo blanco".
Overall, there was one clear downside: the week went by too quickly!
We wish we had discover this house earlier!
Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable and relaxing. It was just what we needed.

Un lugar maravilloso, cercano al paraiso
Se trata de un lugar espectacular, con unas vistas impresionantes, en plena naturaleza, con una piscina fabulosa desde la que se domina el pantano y todo el horizonte, ideal para descansar y sobre todo, con total privacidad. La casa es amplísima, cómoda y acogedora. Además, solo dista de las playas de Vejer media hora.

Excellent experience for business purposes - Amazing weekend
LA HOYA is a wonderful house for spending there as many days as you will be able. Swimming pool, many living rooms, confortable, quiet, with all the facilities similar to a 5 stars hotel.
I highly recommend the house both for business purposes and for leisure time. Juan Manuel always available for help was really kind and friendly, he made our visit fantastic.

Stunning views fantastic villa ideal for a group or family
Booked for my parents 50th wedding anniversary where the whole family of 17 could stay with space for all to enjoy with an excellent pool.
Ages of the group went from 20 months to 74. there was a cot supplied by the owner.
All the rooms clean and spacious with all you need in the kitchen and utility 2 fridges, washing machine and dishwasher, excellent cooker and enough pans to start your own restaurant. .
The villa is ideally situated just far away enough from the tourist spots but close enough to visit Gibralter, Jerez, Seville, Cadiz and all the beaches.
10 minutes away is Benalup which has a small supermarket and a number of bars and restaurants. Locals all friendly.
Communication with the owner was excellent from the start of the booking to when we left.
What an excellent holiday.
