Nice villa near Nafpaktos
The apartments in these villas are spacious, modern, and very clean. The living area is on one floor and the bedrooms are on the second floor. Each floor has a bathroom. The kitchens are clean and well stocked except that a electric kettle would have been useful.
There is plenty of light in the apartment. The owner, is very friendly and helpful. The area
around the villas is quiet. You have a ten minute walk down to a beach. Its a ten minute drive to downtown Nafpaktos and a seven minute drive to two supermarkets. The views from the villas are superb. Each room as well as the main floor has a balcony you can sit
on. There is air conditioning and free wifi.

Όμορφα και άνετα διαμερίσματα, οικονομικά για τις ανέσεις που προσφέρουν.
Μείναμε για ένα Σαββατοκύριακο, όχι στις μεζονέτες (λόγω μικρών παιδιών), αλλά σε μικρότερο διαμέρισμα του ισογείου, το οποίο όμως και αυτό ήταν πολύ όμορφα επιπλωμένο και πολύ ευρύχωρο. Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, είχε ακόμη και ζάχαρη, καφέ, αλάτι, κ.λπ. για το μαγείρεμα. Στην άφιξη μας είχαν αφήσει χωρίς χρέωση και τα απαραίτητα για το πρωινό (ψωμί τοστ, μαρμελάδα, βούτυρο), αλλά και ένα μπουκάλι κρασί. Επίσης στο διαμέρισμα υπήρχαν παρκοκρέβατο, αλλά και σιδερώστρα και σίδερο. Στην ουσία δηλαδή πρόκειται για ένα κανονικό σπίτι, πράγμα πολύ σημαντικό όταν έχει κανείς μικρά παιδιά.Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικός, μάλιστα μας επέτρεψε να μείνουμε και μετά τις 12.00 της ημέρας αναχώρησης, χωρίς χρέωση. Γενικά και το διαμέρισμα και ο περιβάλλον χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρά και περιποιημένα, σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία με θέα στη θάλασσα. Το κέντρο της Ναυπάκτου είναι αρκετά κοντά. Τέλος, η σχέση ποιότητας των προσφερομένων ανέσεων και της τιμής ήταν ιδιαίτερα καλή. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεπτόμασταν και για πολυήμερες διακοπές και θα το κάνουμε στην πρώτη ευκαρία!

I would have paid twice as much for this room!!!
If you have a car this is definitely your best choice. The location is perfect with amazing view, the room is very very clean and the owner is extremely friendly. He was willing to answer our questions and give us guidance to organise our trip. The breakfast was not included in the price but we had coffee, bread and marmelade in the fridge. This is perfect value for money and I could have paid much more for it, for sure. Venetiko is a perfect accommodation in Nafpaktos and I strongly suggest it!!!

Un accueil très professionnel. Vue magique du balcon
Merci au proprio pour son accueil. Il a vu que le studio en rez-de-chaussée ne nous plaisait pas et il nous a proposé un appartement duplex (bien trop grand mais avec une belle vue sur le golfe et les environs) pour à peine plus cher. À savoir c'est vraiment en dehors de la ville de Nafpaktos (6kms) mais pour être au calme c'est un très bon choix.

Amazing Appartments great value for money
I have been in these appartments / bungalows and I was really impressed !! The place is amazing, quiet and the price is amazingly low for the quality. The host is a very kind person and I am sure I will come back soon. Highly recommended !!!

Perfect place for family location
One word - Perfect !
The host was very kind and nice (helped us during the upcoming COVID national lockdown).
The apartment is clean and well maintained , the bed sheets pillows and all related are clean and white as snow ! the bed itself very comfortable.
The Wifi signal is strong in every place within the apartment.
The garden and the pool are clean as well , it's just great to seat down , grab a coffee and enjoy the scenery.

Fabulous villa on the hill
With charming Nic as our incredible host nothing could go wrong- from arrival to leaving he was friendly and catered to our every whim. Fresh olive oil , red ripe tomatoes - even bicycles to explore quaint Nafpaktos. 2 bed villa was exceptionally clean and well equipped and furnished- with a lovely garden and swimming pool And the views of the surrounding lush greenery and Cornithian Gulf were a joy to wake up to every day. Even the chirpy cicadas sang us to sleep every night. Great location to explore Delphi and Olympia and within driving distance of Athens, or even just drive from beach to beach as we did. Thanks Nik it was a joy🙏
