I stayed at this amazing complex 15/18 April to surprise some friends. I booked my apartment from Ray Reilly it's a studio it was spacious with the best view on the complex the room had everything I needed comfy beds fridge sun loungers and the best TV package. Ray was a great host who met us there and explained everything also with his phone number in case we needed anything .we will defo return Thanks Ray . Sarah in sunny England 😁

We so enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Not luxurious but everything you require is there and all so clean from the comfy beds to the lovely large wine glasses. This apartment is situated just above the harbour so surrounded by many different restaurants. We tried so many. The terrace overlooking the harbour is a good size and the hanging chair was well used. Beautiful place to watch the sunset. The owner Nick was so helpful and gave us loads of info on the surrounding area. We definitely want to return.

Love this apartment we haven’t been for a couple of years due to health problems but we are hoping to book again for next year . The views are fantastic and the apartment has been renovated and is great

È molto difficile dare un giudizio complessivo. La zona è tranquilla, fuori dalla bolgia di ristoranti turistici ma a pochi passi da tutto (ristoranti, negozi, Playa Chica) L'appartamento consiste in un monolocale grande, con un bel terrazzo ed un piccolo spazio all'aperto anche fuori dall'ingresso. È dotato davvero di tutto ciò che serve, ha molto posto per i vestiti, il bagno è perfetto ed il letto è comodo. Purtroppo però la portafinestra del terrazzo (che è l'unica a parte la finestrella del bagno) è sprovvista di tapparelle, imposte o comunque qualsivoglia dispositivo per fare ombra/buio, a parte una tenda interna. Il risultato è che appena fa chiaro l'appartamento viene inondato di luce e se è disposto ad est (come nel mio caso) poco dopo inizia a picchiarci il sole. L'ovvio risultato è che da lì in poi risulta impossibile dormire. Essendoci stato a settembre tutto ciò accadeva verso le 8 che è un orario ancora accettabile ma nel caso ci si vada a giugno o luglio bisogna mettere in conto di svegliarsi alle 6/7 ogni mattina. Altro inconveniente è che l'unica finestra che si può lasciare aperta per rinfrescare quando si è fuori senza rischiare che entri qualcuno è quella (piccola) del bagno, percui il clima è sempre molto caldo. Infine la reception è aperta solo al mattino (chiusa la domenica) ma con gli orari non sempre rispettati. L'unica volta in cui mi ci sono recato mi sono rivolto in spagnolo all'addetto il quale mi ha risposto che parlava solo inglese!!

This apartment is an ideal easy destination. Nick gave us lots of info before we actually left and there were lots of things that we could have done during our week away. However we just really needed a quiet week away to sit around and recharge our batteries. This is the ideal place to either get out and about from or, like us, to just take time out to chill. It took us about 10 mins to get to the apartment from the airport, we booked a private transfer through holiday taxis which cost us £22 for 2 people return, bargain! Apartment is in a smallish complex, easy to find, a few steps but all easy enough. The apartment itself could do with a bit of a paint job, especially the woodwork and yes it is a little tired here and there. But, it is well equipped and clean and comfy with a good sized balcony with a lovely view. The wi-fi you have to buy from reception, it was only 5 euros for us both for the week which was fine, but reception is not open all the time and even once you have bought it you can only pick the wi-fi up when you are standing by reception so its not great, but I guess that would only bother people that actually needed a constant wi-fi connection. The pools were nice, a little chilly but they were clean and there were plenty of sunbeds. Lots and lots of good restaurants and bars around. Every time we ate out the food was excellent and prices very reasonable for food and drinks. The apartment is situated in the old harbour and it takes about 10 mins to walk into the resort centre - we found that really nice as we don't like to be in the thick of loads of people. Puerto del Carmen is in total a large resort so you don't really get bored walking around, this was our first visit to this resort and we would definately go back and would definately stay at this apartment again. Nick was really helpful before we actually travelled and also while we were there.

Just on way home from a relaxing week. Highly recommended staying. Everything very clean snd everyone very friendley. Will defiantly go back..

We have just come back from a great week in San Francisco 2 we had appartment 606 lovely place every you need home from home very nice complex with bar and reception bar is open every day about 10am with food and reception open every morning expect Sunday plenty of sun beds 2 pools the appartment has nice balcony It is a studio sleeps 2 with sofa,kitchen and shower all was fine, the only thing was the large door very hard to lock needs a new one I think we would recommend this to anyone and we will return big thank you to Craig the owner

My husband and I stayed in this lovely studio apt in June and absolutely loved it! It had everything we needed and was in the perfect location for us! Very easy to find with easy instructions to follow from the owners! We were there for ten days and even had a change of bedding and towels half way through which we weren't expecting! Very safe and clean place to stay with friendly staff in the bar on the complex! The owners provide you all the information you require up enjoy your stay to the max! Definitely would stay again but it always seems to be booked... That tells you something!
