Hi, (Christian I presume?)
You didn't stay at my property so sorry I don't have your name.
My apartment doesn't face East, it faces South and doesn't suffer the morning heat problems you describe. Although the sun appears at roughly 7 to 8 each day, the sun will only begin to shine directly into my apartment from around 10.15.
My apartment has a private balcony that's high up so the patio door can be left open whilst you're in. It also has the rear bathroom window and with both open, you will get a nice refreshing breeze.
My apartment has recently had brand new patio doors that are Tinted. They also feature a third sliding door that is a mosquito net, which also doubles as providing more shade should it be required.
Also my curtains are carefully sourced Blackout curtains at considerable expense. Due to covenants, no apartment in the complex have, or can have shutters.
The complex receptionist is Spanish, so if you were spoken to by a lady who can only speak English, she must've been filling in/temporary. Apologies for that.
However I would like to thank you for your positive comments, and also for the good quality and detailed review. However, obviously most of the critisims are not relevant to my property.
I do work hard to achieve only 5 star reviews, it's so disappointing to get a 3 star review for things that are not relevant to my property, and I have over the years upgraded elements to alleviate possible issues you raised. So with respect, I'm going to apply for your review to be removed from my property as you didn't stay in mine. If however you would like to stay in a holiday property that doesn't have the issues you raised, and benefits from better views, please get in touch.
Kind regards, Nick
