Excellent apartment with no problems occurring within the six weeks stay. Owner very helpful. Noise levels an issue hence the 4 star rating.

Had a lovely week at Las Topes which is so handy to the strip and La Chica beach. Sofia has created a home from home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Apartment is fully equipped with utensils and a great kitchen to cook with if required. there is a lovely balcony which gets the morning sun. Sofia even provides beach chairs and umbrella which was a very handy thing to provide. Sofias communication was instant and she was very accommodating with a late check out for us for which we were very grateful. we look forward to returning again and would recommend this 2 bed apartment especially for its location on the flat and it’s superb handiness to the shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Great location near the old town end , 5 mins walk from the beach, there is a supermarket literally around the corner and bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment is bright, very clean, lots of storage space for clothes, fully equipped kitchen. Hairdryer, ironing board, washing machine. Good sized balcony . Comfortable beds. Pillows not so comfortable but bearable. Hosts were fantastic, we had a problem when we couldn’t get the shower to turn off, hosts arrived promptly and new part fitted within a couple of hours. Thank you to our hosts for our departing gift. Would definitely come back

Per una breve vacanza, siamo stati in questo appartamento che, è dotato di tutto ciò che necessita ed è posizionato a breve distanza da due spiagge, ha il solo difetto di avere vicino un'isola di raccolta differenziata e due campane di vetro dove, a tarda sera, i camerieri dei vicini ristoranti gettano le bottiglie vuote, disturbando chi magari sta riposando.

A mediados de septiembre de 2017 fuimos de viajes a lanzarote x una semana. X casualidad fuimos a parar a un apartamento llamado los topes II. Un apartamento estupendo: muy Bien equipado, súper acogedor , un una situación excelente (a 2 minutos de una playa maravillosa). El trato con la dueña (sofia) fue muy personal y directo.
