High price for a view!
The good points are the terrace & the view. Also the apartment location is good. The bad points: Not as clean as i would have expected, hairs on the shower shelves, grubby kitchen & utensils.Chips on plates & cups. Broken clothes dryer & about 6 pegs. There should be some sort of blind on the kitchen window. Also another curtain would be a good idea on the living room window. Awful mattress & pillows on the double bed & fan needed all the holiday as the road is very noisy so the window can't be left open at night. The window seal doesn't fit properly. Dreadful wifi, so the tv hardly ever works. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool as often as we would have liked thanks to some of the other guests on the complex who liked to let everybody listen to their music & should have behaved better with families & small children about! The cleaner turned up 45 minutes before we had to leave the apartment. Also i have never had to pay extra to have the apartment cleaned & new linen half way through the holiday. This has always been included in the price of all the apartments we have stayed in before. So obviously we didn't ask for this "service" All in all, quite disapointed!

Superb Apartment
The apartment was perfect for our needs, it is in a good quiet location and close to all amenities. We happened to stay here during the "Lockdown" and the apartment had all cooking facilities we needed with a supermarket about 100 yds away. The only downside was that the wifi was intermttent, this affected the TV channels and connection to the internet, if this was resolved it would be a great bonus for the apartment. Overall we will be coming back here,

Great apartment, unfortunately terrible WiFi ...
Lovely apartment with a fantastic location and amazing balcony. Unfortunately the WiFi was awful during our stay, this meant ongoing issues with internet tv and accessing internet and music on personal devices via WiFi. This was a 1 week respite holiday which followed 2 weeks in another apartment in PDC where WiFi was perfect. ( I know the island can experience connection problems at times but this was down for days) For this reason WiFi was extremely important as we were spending a lot of time in the apartment particularly in the evenings. I specifically asked about the connection before booking and was assured it was great. I reported the first issue the morning after we arrived and it was resolved within 24 hours with a new router. Everything was then ok for 24 hours then it failed again. I contacted the local lady looking after the place and the owner via this website and unfortunately neither responded. I ended up having to pay my own mobile provider for additional data to watch Netflix, listen to music etc. Really disappointed that I had no response following my 2nd contact ....if you require good WiFi I wouldn’t risk booking this apartment, otherwise I would have given 4/5 stars.

Excellent Stay
This is the second time i have stayed in this particular apartment and found it to be as excellent as the first time, although i'm getting older and the steps up to the apartment don't get any easier. I would highly recommend this apartment ,its clean, sun all day long on the large balcony, the beach and restaurants are minutes away.

Caleton apartment Puerto Del Carmen
Spent ten days in this very clean and spacious apartment. It has a very sunny balcony with wide sea views. Comfy king sized bed. Good WiFi. Close to shops and bars/restaurants but still a very quiet complex. Nice pool area. Minor negatives: Shower cubicle quite small, no cooker. But really not a problem. Would recommend and return. Thanks Sandie we had a relaxing holiday.

We loved the balcony - sunny throughout the day. Excellent wifi and English tv was a real bonus as we were there for a fortnight. Beds fine but bedding a bit tired. No change of bedding after a week unless you paid 60 euros extra to include a cleaning of the apartment. Kitchen only had a hob- no oven - but otherwise had everything you needed. Comfy lounge area with English books. Views across the sea were excellent and the pool area was very good too. Lots of steps but the second floor location is worth it.

We want to go back
Lovely apartment, plenty of space inside and out on balcony which gets the sun all day, lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds. The big pool is very deep 6ft is the shallow end. Lots of steps to apartment but worth being on top floor for views and sun. Easy instructions to get in to apartment and only 10 min from airport. Right on beach and main strip for all restaurants. We will be going back, thanks sandie

Fantástica ubicación y equipación
Hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento y lo hemos disfrutado muchísimo. La ubicación era ideal, prácticamente a pie de playa y de la zona de ocio de Puerto del Carmen, el apartamento estaba bastante bien equipado y el estado del mismo era bastante bueno. También destacar la zona de piscina del complejo. Lo recomendaría para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y disfrutar del entorno

Superb views and location
Great location close to bars and restaurants along playa de Avenida but also close to biosfera shopping and old town. Superb balcony overlooking pool area and with sea views. Kitchen area small but perfectly fine for cooking breakfast and snacks. Nice comfy lounge. Wi-fi good. Didn’t really use tv but seemed to have all we needed. Would definitely rebook this lovely apartment. Only downside for some would be no a/c but vents in bedroom windows combined with Lanzarote breezekept us cool enough at night.

LOVELY APARTMENT
We booked this apartment for a family of 4 - two adults and two children aged 5/3. I was delighted with the apartment due to the following: 1. very clean 2. location 3. it was quiet 4. lovely balcony with the sun on it all day 5. lovely swimming pools 6. beach on your doorstep It had everything that we needed and we really enjoyed our holiday.
