Lovely apartment in a nice quiet central located complex with a big pool. Apt 321 is on the 2nd of 3 floors and is "end-terraced". Great views of the Sea from a nice spacious balcony. As well as a table and 2 chairs there is also a recliner and sunbed on the balcony all cover-able with a retractable canopy (which was a godsend as the sun shines on it all day). All you need from an apartment for 2 people. Everything was excellent with plenty utensils and linen. "Homely" may be the best description as loads of nice touches, books, wine, water, condiments, shampoo, sun-cream, either provided of kindly left by others. Super-fast wifi (>200mbs) and a large flatscreen TV. Small note on the TV for English speaker, just the basic News channels, however you can connect other devices such as USB or fire-stick to steam other services. Agree with other reviews regarding this apartment and its location. Will defo be returning. Giles & Mercedes were very easy to deal with and contact. At the risk of never being able to book again, I would highly recommend.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay in Apt 321. Apartment was very comfortable and clean with all amenities required provided including TV and Wi-Fi. Complex itself was very clean and secure with very friendly atmosphere. Location was close to restaurants and bars and only a short walk to the Old Town and a nearby shopping plaza. Giles was extremely helpful and was always available to answer any queries. My wife and myself would highly recommend this property and have already booked our next stay.

Estuvimos una pareja durante ocho noches. El apartamento equipado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Situado en una pequeña urbanización que comparte la zona central con una muy buena piscina, es absolutamente tranquilo y está lo suficientemente cerca de todos los servicios de Puerto del Carmen para ir danto un paseo de cinco minutos y lo suficientemente lejos para estar aislado de la agitación que puede haber en centro. No obstante, al lado tiene de todo (bares, restaurantes, supermercados, etc.). Se aparca bien (aún teniendo en cuenta que cuando llegamos eran las fiestas, no nos costó casi nada). Los dueños estuvieron pendientes en todo momento con una comunicación rápida y fluída y todo funcionó a la perfección. Por último, la relación calidad/precio es excelente.

We stayed at the Seaview apartment in the La Florida complex.for 10 nights. The complex was clean and very quiet. It is close to the old town & harbour. It is sited on a hill so could be a difficult walk back from the old town after a few drinks! There are many local bars and a large supermarket next door. The Purple Turtle is a bar very closeby offering decent meals/snacks with friendly service. The apartment itself was very good. A nice balcony with seaview, very clean and comfortable. We were well informed by Giles via emails and he made sure we felt at home. It was well equipped with everthing you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and will definitely stay here again and is highly recommended.

We are just finishing a 21 day stay in Giles’ apartment 321 and have loved every minute of it. The location is great with being close to all you need on holiday. There are plenty of restaurants on the doorstep and a very handy supermarket 1 minute away. The shops, harbour and beach are very close-by. The complex the apartment is in is security conscious with a keypad to get into it and the code is changed regularly. The apartment is on the third floor with 30-35 steps to reach it but even us old foggies got use to it. The living room with kitchenette was large enough to not feel cramped. It seemed bigger than many hotel rooms. There is a two-ringed cooker and a small tabletop oven, as well as a microwave. We ate in about 50% of the time and the facilities were sufficient for this. The fridge has a freezer compartment which was big enough to put some food in from the local Dino supermarket. The television is quite large and has BBC1&2, ITV and Channel 4 for English speakers, as well as other languages. The thing my wife absolutely loved was having a washing machine ( in the bathroom! this seems to be standard for many Spanish apartments) as it meant we won’t be taking home many dirty clothes. The balcony is big enough to sit at the table and have the washing drying on the clothes dryer. There are also two sun beds to use. The bedroom isn’t large but the beds are comfortable and there is a safe in the room. There are plenty of extra blankets, towels etc to use. Giles was really helpful before we even arrived as he checked out whether there was any gluten-free products in the supermarket next door and even sent photos to give us an idea of what they sold. The restaurants nearby will try their best to accommodate you regarding gluten-free food but you do have to mention it. The instructions we received from Giles were very clear and he also checked with us once we were there to see if everything was ok. We are really happy with the way we have been treated, like guests in his home. We would totally recommend this apartment, and the complex which has a swimming pool and sun beds around it for use. It is a very friendly place. We have felt at home there.

Just home after a week's stay at this fantastic apartment in a quiet location close to shops bars/restaurants and beaches,apartment clean and with everything you need like home to home.Giles was always prompt responding to any questions and I would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely consider booking again on any future visit to Lanzarote. I would definitely book this apartment again. It has everything you need, spotlessly clean. Very close to everything. Everybody else staying in the apartments were very friendly. A lovely place.

Just back from a week in Puerto Del Carmen. For a first visit to Lanzarote I could not have picked a better location than Puerto Del Carmen, nor could I have picked better accommodation than Appt 321 La Florida. The apartment was equipped with everything I want and need, and it’s location was ideal, with a supermarket within a minute’s walk and several bars also very close, and the harbour and main beaches of the resort being just 10-15 minutes walk away. The balcony (equipped with comfortable sun loungers) is a sun trap; if you want wall-to-wall sunshine you need not leave the apartment. Communication with Giles was excellent. I would have no hesitating in recommending this apartment as a great place to stay.

We have previously stayed at other apartments in the complex but this one was definitely the best by a long way. It is clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The balcony overlooking the pool is a joy, sun beds are provided as is a table & parasol with the added comfort of the retractable canopy which means you can basically stay there all day admiring the wonderful sea view. The kitchen has everything you could wish for. The complex itself is in a brilliant location about a 10 minute walk downhill to the old town and also within walking distance to the main strip. There are a few restaurants within 5 minutes both serving reasonably priced food namely The Vu and the Purple Turtle. A good sized supermarket is literally on your doorstep. We had excellent communication from Giles right from the moment of booking and a lovely complimentary bottle of wine welcomed us. Thank you for a fantastic holiday Giles, we would love to stay again if you’ll have us.

We just got back yesterday after staying two weeks at the sea view apartments complex lovely quite and well maintained the apartment had everything you need and little touches like tea coffee etc sun creams toiletries and more the terrace was spacious and full seaview and the pool which was very clean and maintained I would recommend anyone to go to this complex and Giles was so helpful and at hand on if needed we will be going back again bars and restaurants and supermarket next door amazing location thank you Giles for allowing us to stay in you apartment we will definitely rebook Diane and Gary
