Apt 205 overlooks the pool and harbour. Inside is a spacious room with a complete kitchen,TV,WiFi. A walk in shower which is excellent. Outside are table,chairs and 2 sunloungers. On site bar serving drinks and snacks. Shops,restaurants and bars all within easy reach of the complex. The apartment is a credit to the owners.

The apartment was amazing and had everything you needed to make your stay fun and relaxing. It was clean, modern and suited our needs to perfection. As we were arriving late at night the owners left milk, water and some beer which was very much welcome when we arrived. We had stunning views of the port and could relax on the terrace in the sun. A great place to stay with a pool and bar on your doorstep and a supermarket literally a 2 minute walk. The old town of Puerto Del Carmen is a short walk and our favorite beach "Playa Chica" a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed ourselves so much we didn´t want to come home. Would highly recommend the apartment and location.

We stayed 10 days in this lovely studio. The studio has all you could need in it for your stay. The only drawback is that at this time of year it gets very warm inside even with the use of a desk top fan but this wouldn't put us off from returning. The views are tireless both through the day and at night. The bar is a very friendly place to visit and the pools are big enough with plenty of sun beds. The local spa is a couple of minutes away as are several good restaurants. This is the old town and good mobility is a must as there are lots of hills and steps, but it does help to burn off all the food and gin lol. Overall great price great holiday.

Brilliant apartment with everything (and more) that you could ever need. Stunning views too. Close to amenities and beach yet perfectly peaceful. Best of both worlds!

Decent place, I'll go through the good and bad. Good: Location. Within walking distance to everything you need. Communication. Anne Marie responded to all questions before the holiday very promptly. Balcony. Lovely balcony with great view. Facilities. Pool, bar, reception all decent and friendly. Even the small things inside the apartment such as cutlery, mosquito plug in, books, there's everything. Price. Very cheap considering location and view. The bad: It's damp. The shower wall backs on to the kitchen area and must leak through. We could smell the foisty smell as soon as I opened the door to the apartment. The pots and pans are in the storage drawers and cupboards under the sink and if you open the cupboard or the lower drawers it really smells bad and you can see the black on the wall. This was the main negative. The bathroom: standard size but needs a refurb. Dark and very old fashioned. No air con. There is a fan but the apartment is always hotter than outside temperature, even at night. Can be difficult to sleep if you are used to having air con. Overall, would use again if the damp was sorted. Decent for the price.

Lovely place to stay . Comfortable and everything is as stated by the owner . Good views from the apartment , easy place to just switch off and relax , two pools are just the right size for the apartment area . Convenience store from top gate and a few food and drink places just a short walk from the shop . The Harbour is about 5 minute walk with some nice places to eat . Be carful of the first eating place a across the road on the strip as the young waiter tends to not bring back your change , he kept 6 euros back for a tip had to ask for it back . Happy to tip but not willing to give 25% . Whale and Dolphins watching trip was nice . Rancho Texas is good too , remember though that you need the whole day there to see everything , bus service free, however, taxi is only 6 euros, go to see the evening event there too . If you like the quieter place to holiday then this is well worth booking .

Loved the studio the location was first class, as was the studio equipment was excellent everything on hand if you wanted to self cater, oven ,microwave tele,vidio player iron ironing board excellent. would have no hesitation in recommending this studio , so much so that i am trying to arrange dates for me and my wife

This was mine and my partners first time at this apartment and it didn't disappoint. We came for 11 nights and had the best time. The apartment was in good condition and had an amazing view from the balcony. There was plenty to do around the apartment with bars and restaurants a short walk away. We would highly recommend this apartment and we would deffinetly look into stopping here again.

this was our second stay in this apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. i loved just sitting outside with a drink and enjoying the view. its in a lovely little complex in the old town, everyone is friendly and theres always sunbeds available around the pool area. okay the apartment is small but its well equiped with everything you need, its clean and tidy. couldn;t ask for more. highly recomended

what a lovely apartment all you need is there good views over harbour good restaurants and pubs on door step .The lady that looks after the apartment was very friendly and helpful .all in all a great holiday . many thanks john.
