Fantastic house to spend some nice family holidays. We went 10 family members from all ages and we had a fantastic time. The house did exceed our expectations very much and the location is superb.

Amazing!!
The villa is superb, perfect for family/friends holiday! The upstairs bedrooms and communal areas are furnished to a very high standard. As mentioned in other reviews, the downstairs bedrooms are slightly dated in comparison but still very large, comfortable and clean. The garden is beautiful, very large and perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones running around. The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful, with the beach, club house and hotel a very short walk away. Overall, we loved this villa and would definitely recommend.

A beautiful villa in which we (4 adults and 3 children) stayed for a week in May 2018. The villa has a large and well kept garden with a large pool and bbq area. Inside in a large kitchen/dining room/lounge area which was fabulously furnished and perfect for us. The upstairs master bedrooms are very large and again well furnished. Around the house are various terraces, including one on the roof, which gives views of the surrounds and sea. Possibly the downstairs bedrooms might be in need of a refresh somewhen soon, but that's a minor detail in the overall scheme of things. Wouldn't hesitate to return and hopefully we will!

Beautiful modern villa, stunning location
Visited Casa Peg for 1 week in August 2016; 4 adults, 4 kids. Clean, modern house, plenty of room for all of us. Fantastic location, right next to Resort facilities. Very quiet, secluded. Large, clean pool, BBQ was fun to use. Inside, kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate; washer/dryer/other appliances were in top shape. Check In/Out was smooth, property was well-kept. Not much to fault at all -- internet was spotty but owner was quick to reply. Would DEFINITELY return; highly recommended.

Superb
We stayed at the villa for 11 nights, in our group was 3 adults and 5 children. The villa is simply amazing, immaculate inside and out, the garden and pool area are well maintained and the pool is such a good size, which the children all loved. The inside is modern and clean and the open plan downsize living area is excellent for keeping an eye on the kids. The surrounding area is beautiful, the beach is a 10 minute walk away and is definitely worth a visit.
We would definitely return.

Fantastic
Stayed for 2 weeks over the summer 3 adults and 7 "kids" ranging from 11 to 23.
Really nice villa - very spacious and the pool and gardens (huge) are really good and well maintained.
Would love to return.

Absolutely fantastic, beautiful Villa
just returned from our week long stay at this amazing villa which comfortably sleeps 10 people. All the bedrooms were lovely, mine had a semi-circular balcony with lounger chairs overlooking the gardens and pool and all had ensuite bathrooms with showers and baths. Bedrooms on the ground floor mean easy access for less abled guests. The lounge area has comfortable leather chairs, large TV with DVD, books and games with the kitchen/dining area being well equipped with large American style freezer and well stocked cooking equipment. The house has several sunning areas depending on the position of the sun each day even with one on the roof of the house which meant fantastic views over the adjacent woods to the sea. Various pool "toys" and even a table tennis table meant there was enough activity not to feel guilty whilst chilling! Golf course and Mariott hotel nearby for bars, restaurant and just people watching. Would definitely return.

Would definitely love to stay again !
I could not fault this property after a 2 week stay with a group of 5 other adults. The villa is modern, clean and well maintained with plenty of nice furniture inside and out. It is located on a golf complex and within 5 minutes’ walk of the clubhouse (which has a great bar, terrace and casual and a la carte dining options), children's play area, Marriott hotel with spa and tennis court. A further 5 minutes’ drive on the complex takes you to an Italian restaurant with amazing views of the sunset every evening and the beach. We would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for private, stylish, accommodation that oozes real class in a good location.

A really nice house - one of the best in Praia Del Rey
The house is fantastic, it has a very large pool and lovely gardens that are well kept.
The house was everything as described by Sharon, other than it did not have wifi, you have to go to clubhouse / hotel.
We have been to Praia del Rey quite a few times and we know all the houses on the development, and this is one of the nicest for sure.
We did wonder if the pool would be warm enough as it is not heated, but it was really warm and was fine, so don;t worry about it if you go in summer
