INCREÍBLE!!!
La mejor casa que podiamos haber elegido!!! Todos los que viajamos con nuestras mascotas sabemos que no siempre ea facil de encontrar una casa asi de espectacular que nos permitan a nuestras mascotas. La casa es increible, super cuidada al detalle y los dueños no pueden ser mas encantadores de lo que son! Contestan tus dudas y cualquier necesidad inmediatamente, de verdad que increible! La cocina dispone de todo, los baños perfectos, la habitaciones, la piscina, etc etc TODO FUE PERFECTO!! RECOMENDABLE 100% Volvemos el año próximo.

Exceptional......a hidden paradise
If you are looking for total peace and tranquility within easy reach of Altea and even Benidorm both a short drive away then look no further. The villa is private within the small suburb of Santa Clara. The gardens are beautiful and so well maintained. The Koi fish pond it simply beautiful and we enjoyed feeding them each morning. This villa is great for outdoor living, equipped with many table and chair areas for eating or simply relaxing. 5 sunloungers too. Two fantastic roof terraces and abundance garden areas. The pool is large and well maintained. Pedro a lovely man cane each week to do the pool and garden maintenance. The villa inside has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has every gadget snd utensil required including a waffle maker, toasted sandwich maker and even a food mixer! We have stayed in many villas throughout the years both modern and classic but this villa is something else. Rober was brilliant and just on the other end of the phone, so friendly and helpful and responded to texts within minutes!! We can't wait to return.

Vacaciones perfectas
Todo perfecto y agradezco muchísimo el trato de Rober que desde el primer momento se portó muy amable y comunicativo,la verdad es que la casa está perfecta,tanto que volveríamos a repetir.(limpieza,comodidad,tranquilidad,seguridad,etc.....)

Lovely and cosy villa
We were greeted by the lovely Rober who showed us around the villa. The villa was beautiful and perfect for our needs and in a rural location with great views of the mountains. The villa was well maintained and a well equipped kitchen. The pool and garden was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable villa in a peaceful setting
This was our second stay at Luxury and Cozy Villa. We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and comfortable villa in a peaceful setting especially with the mountain views and close proximity to the local amenities. Rober was on hand if we had a query. Pool and grounds were great. Would recommend staying here.

Lovely villa and a perfect holiday !
Our stay at this lovely villa was just what we needed. We flew into Alicante airport and despite waiting for over an 1 1/2 hours to pick up a hire car, it took just over an hour to drive to Altea La Vella. It was so kind of the owner to be there to meet us and show us around the villa despite the fact it was nearly 3 am in the morning. When we finally woke up the following morning in daylight, we realised what a beautiful location and just how lovely the villa and its gardens are. The villa suited us perfectly, it had everything we needed, the kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The one ensuite bedroom and then a separate family bathroom, the bedrooms were large and airy and the doors from the lounge opened directly to a beautiful Naya with a dining table and chairs and some fantastically comfortable garden furniture, a barbecue, a fish pond with beautiful carp and most of all a beautiful swimming pool. Throughout the rental if we needed anything Rober was thereto help and we only had to phone or email;nothing was too much trouble for him. Having such a kind villa owner made the world of difference to us. Initially we had booked a villa for late 2018 but unfortunately ill health meant that we had to cancel and both Rober and trip adviser were so helpful in transferring the booking for us and Rober went out of his way to help us. We would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a lovely holiday in a convenient, yet peaceful location, it is so quick to pop down to the village of Altea La Vella where we found a lovely supermarket run by Maria with fresh bread and butcher's counter, and freshly roasted chickens and a very good supply of local wines and vegetables. Our favourite place for eating out was called Ca Toni in the village where we had some very good meals and several times stopped for a cold beer and a snack at lunchtime- do try the fried anchovies with lovely fresh warm bread and a very generous amount of amazing home-made Aioli , All in all we had a great time and I would rate the villa as 5*****+ Thanks you so much for all your kindness Rober.. Altea Holiday Villa Stay Montinaro’s
We recently stayed in this beautiful Villa, our first time in Altea and would recommend the area for quant small villages and excellent town center, our villa had everything we needed and just how we like it, very private with great mountain views lovely covered naya and pool all on one level with all the family together enjoying the Spanish sun and food, only down side would be you need a car to get around the nearest shops are Altea La Villa about 3/4 miles away. Also the Villa has excellent owners. Great Holiday Thanks Rober Vincenzo

Wonderful villa in peaceful location
We had a wonderful family holiday in this villa. The location in fantastic, set in a quiet village, surrounded by trees and with excellent mountain views but close to major roads and the all the tourist attractions of the costa blanca. The pool is just as idyllic as it looks in the pictures and the children loved feeding the voracious fish in the pond. The villa was clean, the beds comfortable, the air-conditioning effective and quiet and the kitchen unusually well-equipped. On top of that, when we managed to lock ourselves out, with keys on the inside preventing the easy fix, Rober took it in good humour and got it sorted out with no fuss.

Perfect Villa to relax and chillout
I searched ages to find this lovely cosy villa, it was exactly as described. Rober was so helpful, always recommending good suppliers. Our family had a perfect holiday relaxing by the pool , the chill out area is a perfect place to unwind. You will need a car, we visited lovely unspoilt bays. But we stayed in the Villa quite a bit as we found it so relaxing. We are looking to book again this Villa has 5***** from us Richardsons.......thanks to Rober nothing is too much trouble (running out of gas mid BBQ) he was there to help.

Perfect villa for a family holiday
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The villa itself is as described, quite spacious and with everything you could need. The outside space is amazing, an great pool with lots of space around it, my kids loved it. The shaded patio was ideal for us, whether we were relaxing in the shade or barbecuing. Rober was always on hand if we had a query and was pleasant and helpful. You do need a car if staying at this villa but there are so many beautiful places to visit within a 10-15 minute drive. We would definitely come back.
