EXCEPCIONAL
Una preciosa casita estilo bretón rodeada por un amplio y magnífico jardín, donde con un poco de suerte puedes ver ciervos pastar mientras desayunas. La tranquilidad está asegurada. Situada en un lugar estratégico para recorrer la costa de granito rosa. Además no está lejos del Mont Saint Michel y Saint-Malo. El alojamiento está perfectamente equipado hasta el último detalle. Cocina con todos los utensilios, camas cómodas, juegos infantiles, libros, pista de badminton... y una botella de vino de bienvenida. Sumamente acogedor. Pero lo mejor es la hospitalidad de Janet y Mick, anfitriones estupendos. Una familia muy amable que consiguen que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Absolutamente recomendado a todo el mundo. Crec'h Mordo es un alojamiento top. No defraudará a nadie.

A Perfect Spot!
Janet and Mick welcomed us to their cottage with a bottle of wine, a baguette, Breton butter and jam - a very warm and friendly start to a great stay. The cottage was roomy and comfortable with everything that we needed. There was a private terrace in the back for relaxing at the end of the day and a second sitting area in the front. The grounds were peaceful and relaxing with pretty views wherever we looked. The location was perfect. It was about a 5 minute drive to Pontrieux, a pleasant little town with restaurants, a supermarket, and gas station. And centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit on the Cote de Granit Rose - no more than a 25-30 minute drive to the coast in any direction. Janet was very helpful with information about the area and Mick was always there if we needed help with something. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back!

Pretty gite in great location
Although we only stayed for a short while, Janet and Michael couldn't have been more welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this area. We'll definitely go back sometime in the future.

A fantastic family friendly place with lots of charm and character
Janet and Mick were the perfect hosts whilst we stayed in their barn conversion - the outdoor activities, slides, swings and badminton courts all went down well and our 3 year old loved being able to play safely. The indoor accommodation was light and airy and spacious and having the use of the wood burner in the evenings was very nice. A fab location to see the pink granite coast and visit the near by beaches and towns ans Janet was on hand to answer any questions we had about the surrounding area, including where the local markets were, best places to eat and great places to take your toddler. Janet and Mick made the holiday for us and it was always wonderful to return to the lovely house in the evenings, after a nice day out - thank you to Janet and Mick!

Lovely
Really nice building and grounds, and such helpful hosts. Unobtrusive but always available for assistance (and much provision of beach and play equipment at crucial moments!). Good size place for a family of 4; there's even enough room for a decent game of croquet and some high quality Badminton displays (outside not inside). It's also really well situated. Pontrieux is a little gem and the house is in a good spot to reach the whole of the Armor coast in an easy drive.

Germans would call it “gemütlich”
This year we had the pleasure to experience Jeanet‘s and Mick’s hospitality for the fourth time. During those holidays we stayed in both cottages and find it easy to recommend both of them. They are both nicely and functionally equipped with everything you need. We also never missed any kitchen equipment. Highlights of both cottages however are, besides the warmth and friendliness of Jeanet and Mick, the fire places in the living rooms, the large lawn behind the cottages and the silence Crec’h Mordo offers. Of course, this comes with some remoteness; yet the highlights of the Côte de Granit Rose are within a very reasonable driving distance. We would recommend those cottages to everyone, who is interested in spending some relaxing time with a good book, or for those who are going to explore Brittany by private transport.

The best holiday accommodation we've ever rented.
We rented the two cottages for our family holiday. Our son and his children stayed in the Longere. They really enjoyed the space - the large bedrooms and spacious living room with a good quality TV which received British programmes. OUr grandson enjoyed the field at the back of the property to play football and both of our grandchildren, being about the same age as the owners' children, thoroughly enjoyed playing badminton and learning the skill of archery. With the weather so good, we were able to eat outside all the time.

Fantastic accommodation in a great location
My family and I had an amazing week staying in the Longere. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful, providing us with all information we needed, to help make our week run smoothly. The Longere was clean, modern and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a log burning stove in the large stone fireplace. The garden is huge and provided hours of fun for our young children. The surrounding area has several fantastic clean beaches and many markets to buy delicious local food. I would recommend the Longere to all my family and friends, and we hope to return soon. Thank you for helping to make our holiday very special.
