Ottima location per passare delle piacevoli vacanze. Ottima esposizione, zona tranquilla ma vicina alle principali spiagge della zona. Villa ampia e ben arredata. Massima disponibiltà dei proprietari. Tornerò sicuramente.

5 of us stayed in this villa between 7th July and 20th July. We arrived at midnight and the fridge was stocked with breakfast food, fruit and bottled water. The villa is very spacious, tidy and well presented. The pool is very big and looks amazing lit up in the evenings whilst sat out on the terrace. The BBQ area is great for a night if you want to eat in the villa and very well equipped. The area is very private and quiet perfect for relaxing be it day or night. Although you could spend your whole holiday at the villa and be satisfied i would highly recommend a car as the island has so much to offer! The villa is very close to a beach which is about 5 minutes drive away but we carried on up the coastline and stopped at a different breathtaking beach everyday! Towels are provided for the beach so you don’t need to use your luggage space and take them yourself. If you have young children (which we do) there are Lilo’s, beaches games, bucket and spade etc so you don’t need to buy these yourself! The local supermarket is also a 5 minute drive from the villa so you never have to worry. Federico was absolutely amazing and helped us throughout our stay, He was always on hand to send us links to the nearest supermarkets, restaurants and beaches nothing was ever a problem! Federico arranged for some local wine to be delivered (if you get chance ask him to order you some in, It will be cheaper than the supermarkets and tastes great!). Although the villa is a little remote the estate is gated so so we felt very safe throughout our stay, We spoke to the neighbours a few times who were very welcoming and friendly and got some good tips of what to do and where to go. We usually have 2/3 holidays a year so we are fairly well travelled and don’t usually go back to the same place but we are already looking at coming back next year as we didn't think 2 weeks was long enough to spend on this beautiful island!!

Beautiful villa. Very spacious and a high standard. The outside area was absolutely perfect. Great pool and place to sit in the shade. The villa is about 10 mins from a supermarket and it's open 7 days. Owner was very helpful and more than happy to answer any queries. Highly highly recommend

La casa está muy bien equipada y limpia. La piscina es impresionante. Las playas/restaurantes que recomienda el propietario, valen la pena seguirlas. Una estancia genial. Gracias Fed.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. La qualité des équipements, l'aménagement intérieur, l'espace disponible sont les atouts majeurs de cette villa. La description qui en est faite dans l'annonce est tout à juste. Nous n'avons pas été déçu. Les petits problèmes qui nous avons rencontrés ont toujours été rapidement pris en charge. Nous n'avons pas mis une cotation à 5/5 mais 4.5 car il y a quelques détails qui pourraient être réglés mais ils ne nous ont pas réellement gênés.

Bastano anche solo 24 ore di soggiorno in questa villa per far sembrare la semplice casa di proprietà come una banale casa su un albero... È un vero e proprio paradiso fatto di cemento e mattoni situato in una delle più belle località del sud sardegna, ad un passo dal mare e del centro, il livello di accoglienza e pulizia è superiore al massimo, fuori dal normale, la presenza di una bellissima piscina,incorniciata una serie di sedie sdraio, giardino, e zone d'ombra può offrire un senso di spensieratezza inimmaginabile... La casa all'interno e veramente completa di qualsiasi cosa per facilitare il pernottamento con 8 posti letto per poter riposare nel miglior dei modi... Il rapporto qualità prezzo e decisamente buono, e la possibilità di sorridere una volta visitata e vissuta è altissima, ma un po' meno una volta abbandonata... Da provare... E buone ferie ai fortunati...👍

We were on this seaside of Sardinia third time. We wanted to spend time with other family, with children, with our dog, near the sea and with own pool. It wasn´t easy to find. I am happy we were in this house, which absolutely satisfied our requirements...House is stylish, well equipped - washing machin, flatiron, a lot of towels, basic food and cosmetics for people who forget something, that was very pleasant...every bedroom (4) has own bathroom, it was perfect. Pool is rather large and deep for swimming.There are beautiful beaches near, you need go by car, it´s about several minutes. The owner gave good writing informations and reccomendations about restaurations around.

Myself and friends visited this Villa in June 2014. We hire a car from the airport which was very easy to pick up. The costal drive to the villa has the most amazing views, there are lots of lovely places to stop on the way. The villa was very clean and tidy upon arrival. We stopped at a shop on the way but we were also greeted by cold water and beers. The villa is very large with good size bedrooms. The outside area of the villa is just beautiful. There is a large patio with furniture and a huge pool with plenty of sun loungers. There is also a BBQ and plenty of out door space with both sun and shaded areas. The view from the patio looks down over fields and hills, the sunset on an evening is beautiful. The villa was also fully air conditioned. The car was essential but there are plenty of beautiful beached within a 5 minute drive. Most beaches have a bar/restaurant. There are also restaurants near by, the staff were very friendly everywhere we visited and made us feel very welcome. We were lucky enough to spend a day on the boat which can be rented from the villa prior to arrival. We stopped off at a few beaches and found some amazing locations to eat and drink, The boat has a fridge so we had plenty of cold drinks. Overall a great villa in a lovely location. Just beautiful.

Had a fabulous week staying with extended family in this beautiful villa in May. Peaceful and tranquil surrounds and yet only 5 mins by car to one of the most beautiful beaches. Well stocked kitchen, large terrace and well laid out accomodation affording everyone their own space. It was everything we had hoped for a chilled out week.
