Dear guest, Thank you very much for your comments, we always take it as an opportunity to improve, however, most of your complaints were related to a maintenance work, out of our control, but for the reading of future guests, I am happy to inform that THE REPORTED MAINTENANCE WORKS, WERE FINISHED LONG AGO, ON THE PAST FEBRUARY 2022. I took seriously your comments about the noise from the ceiling fan and the comfort of the sofa, which were fixed. Unfortunately, you did not mention it during your stay, as we would have fixed it on the spot before your departure. You say here to find strange that I received no complaints from previous guests about noise; well, I remind you that I not only said it verbally, but I also showed you the excellent reviews left by guests of four previous stays on another rental portal, whose name I showed to you, but which, in order not to be blocked, cannot be repeated here, however you saw and read them. These previous reviews, as well as others received after your departure, are still available to read online. The big terrace is sunny from midday to sunset. It might have been fair you to mention here that in our last conversation, to honor your complaint, I offered you special conditions to make up for the inconvenience you said you went through, as I understand that the sensitivity of every guest is something very personal.
