If you ‘re looking for a place that will feel like your home away from home, surrounded by the kind of people that most of us would love to have as neighbors, sitting in the middle of a tropical paradise, blessed with a steady stream of sun and tropical trade winds, Orleander is the place for you. In the morning you open the French doors and the trade winds and sun light greet you. Step outside and you will find yourself conveniently located only a short walk from a quaint coffee house, numerous restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. My husband and I have been renting this property for five years and we stay longer each year.
Avenice, who manages the property, is the friendliest and most caring person you will ever meet. She literally goes out of her way to make sure all your questions about the apartment and area are answered.
We are sure that anyone that stays at Oleander will immediately fall in love with this place as much as we have.

Perfect in every way-the accommodation and the owner/manager
We were greeted at the airport by Avenice with a warm smile and friendly conversation. She lead us to the condo, which is located just a few yards from the beach, and were in the perfect setup for our week stay. Everything you need to be self-sufficient. Clean, modern and lovely outdoor deck to enjoy the ocean breeze. Dianne, the owner was there as well. Both her and Avenice had great suggestions for all the go to places and where to shop for supplies, etc. Dianne brought us to a fabulous local spot one day as she was heading out and asked if we wanted to come along. Great beach just a few minutes walk to catch sunsets and local vibes. We look forward to returning to St. Kitts and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach front apartment
Recently returned from a great ten day stay in Oleander apartment on the island of St Kitts. The apartment is very spacious with a huge sunny balcony and plenty of alfresco furniture. It is equipped with everything you will need, we loved having a dishwasher and tumble drier!! Even a mobile phone was provided, much cheaper for making our taxi and restaurant bookings. The weather was great, hot and sunny with a lovely cooling breeze. We alternated beside the pool on the complex and the lovely beach bays on the Caribbean side of the island (factor in charges for sunbeds and parasols on these beaches, but worth every dollar). A great choice of restaurants were only a short stroll away.
The owner Diane as also holidaying at the same time and was so helpful recommending where to eat and the best places to visit. We would most probably not have seen as much of St Kitts left to our own devices, which would have been a shame as it is such a beautiful, friendly island. We had the best relaxing time!

Good Value in Frigate Bay
Clean, comfortable apartment one bedroom convenient to golf and other activities. Only 100 yards from the beach on the Atlantic Ocean side, and 5 minutes walk to numerous restaurants. Avenice was very helpful, met us at the airport, and checked in with us during our stay.

Wonderful place to stay!
I loved my stay! I was met at the airport by Perlina and my vacation began! Roomy apartment with the Atlantic ocean on one side, and the Caribbean Sea within 5 minutes of walking. Close to grocery store and multiple eateries. The Strip is a 5 minute walk away. Walking distance to the Marriott. Avenice and Diane are wonderful as well! Washer,dryer,dishwasher, stove, televisions, air conditioning, screen doors - just lovely! I was there 12/28 to 1/2/18. Would definitely come back!

Great location and Value
We spent 13 nights here during our visit visit to St. Kitts. It is a superb location as described in the listing. Restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast and cocktails on the verandah were delightful. We had a few minor issues with electricity and Internet and Avenice was responsive and addressed the issues quickly. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable and plenty of linens were available. All in all we so enjoyed our St. Kitts experience !

Great apartment in St Kitts. Real close to beaches, just off of the ocean.
A neat and clean apartment with all the necessities. A small store within a short walk had everything we needed. Also some very nice restaurants within walking distance. Several island activities picked us up right at our door. And the manager, Avenice is the best! Most accommodating and had good advice and tips on things to do on St Kitts. It was a very enjoyable vacation for us, highly recommended!

Perfect
The location of Oleander is perfect. Within sight of the Atlantic Ocean and it's crashing waves. The use of the lovely swimming pool was a bonus. A 5 minute walk to local supermarket for all your provision and duty free shops. One for wines and s
Iris and the other for gifts. Close buy were numerous restaurants, Indian, Italian, Chinese and very nice coffee shop. Five minutes walk in the other direction was the Caribbean. Locals beach bar/restaurants on the beach. The food was fab. Try Patsy's but remember you are in the Caribbean and this isn't a quick eating experience. It should be savoured as you watch the sun setting. The flat itself is extremely well equipped. It is light and airy. Very clean. The verandah is huge. I wouldn't fail to recommend this 1st floor apartment and look forward to a repeat visit some other time.

Great place to stay
Wow, this was by far the best vacation ever. Avenice, the apartment manager, met us at the airport and provided us with what we consider white glove service our entire stay. My husband bought me a new Go-Pro camera and I forgot the card for the camera. Avenice went to town and got me the card I needed. She was never too busy to answer any of the many questions we had and always did do with a smile. Needless to say, we now consider her a near and dear friend.
The Oleander apartment was filled with everything we needed and it felt like home very shortly after our arrival. The apartment has a large balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee with a cool trade wind breeze. It has dual power 220 and 110 and supports both British and American appliances. To our surprise, the speed and quality of the Internet was so good, my husband was able to hold a number of excellent video conferences during our stay.
We we’re also conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and beaches, while at the same time enjoying a quiet sense of privacy when we wanted it. Our biggest endorsement of the Oleander apartment and our vacation there is that we booked for a month next year before the end of our stay. We look forward to being back in our wonderful home away from home, seeing Avenice, and all of our new friends in Saint Kitts.

Great location, spacious clean apartment, Avenice a star
Stayed at Oleander for 5 nights by myself, was met at the airport by Avenice, who then showed me the apartment and gave recomendations for eating, supermarket, taxis etc. 5 minute walk to the strip, felt very safe doing it by myself even at night, 5 minutes to supermarket and taxi rank a little further. Perfect location for a short stay...
