This villa looks great in all the pictures but the reality is a little different. The pool is nice but the filter is either old or just doesn’t work to capacity. The sun beds are old and there are only 3, there are 3 chairs which have also seen better days. The WiFi didn’t work, until we took it up with the letting agent, they had given us the wrong code but it took 2 days to get it working. The DVD player didn’t have a cable so we couldn’t play the discs we brought with us, the agent took it away (plus the cable box which also doesn’t work) and we never saw either again! The kitchen is nice, the bedrooms are ok although the shutters are broken on 2 of the windows so if you’re nervous like me then not reassuring. The decor/buts and bobs around the house are plentiful and a little odd, but each to their own. The area at the back by the bbq is very shabby, there are old fridges and it’s not a usable area although the furniture is better. The garden could really do with a makeover in places, it looks grotty and just old. BEWARE the wooden sleepers going down from the back of the house, there are some metal posts sticking out which could do some serious damage if you don’t see them. I wouldn’t recommend this villa, for the money you could get something better.

Villa in Cunit
Great location( villa in Cunit). A nice walk to the beach, but in a very quiet and peaceful zone. House had all the amenities to make us feel comfortable ( kitchen fully equipped including a welcome pack with cleaning supplies - always handy when you have arrived after a long/trip flight). You could tell that the villa was very well maintained ( garden and pool) and the house inside was pristine clean. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Ideal to share with friends
A very nice villa with a swimming pool and a garden. One has anything one needs there as the kitchen is fully-equipped. The rooms are cozy and spacious. The villa is at a walking distance from the train station and the beach. The communication when renting it was excellent.
We particularly enjoyed hanging around the swimming pool and having a meal on the terrace. We'll definitely visit again.

Amazing time at Catalunya Casas
I would like to share my feedback about my stay here. I really enjoyed the holiday I had in the house because it has everything needed for a wonderful trip with friends. Everyone who considers going on a vacation in this region, you shouldn't wonder but choose Catalunya Casas. It will make your trip even better 👍😊

Wonderful villa
We had great stay in the villa, it is very well furnished and have all the needed amenities. It is a wonderful place to have good rest and vacation.

Great stay
Everything in the villa is great. It was clean, comfy and we had an outstanding stay. I also should mention the excellent customer service by Catalunya Casas. Recommended highly.

Villa Cunit
Great place, the rooms are spacious and well kept. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need! My favourite part was the pool and terrace. Perfect place to relax with friends, family and your dog!
The rental company was very helpful as well.

Beautiful villa with a pool
We had a great time in this villa. It is a very tidy and lovely house equipped with everything you need and it looks even better like it does on the pictures.
The villa was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and a big supermarket is also just a few blocks away.
The garden and the pool is amazing, we loved staying there. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place to stay with family and friends
We had a delightful stay at the house 2 weeks ago. The house was spacious, we had a nice big room where we can stay with our baby and a dog.
The house is well situated with nice views and only 15 min walk to the beach. The pool was nice as well and we managed to enjoy it though the weather was still not the warmest.

Perfect villa with pool in quiet area
Superb villa in a quiet location. Ideal for families. The place is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks even better than it does on the pictures.
Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
