We stayed at this apartment almost a year ago. The reason for the late review is simply because we loved it so much we bought the apartment next door! Val's apartment was so homely, spotlessly clean and had everything you need to make your stay a real home from home. We have stayed in four different apartments on the Roda Golf complex. This one by far was the very best. Great location to be able to walk to shops, bar and beach, so a car isn't compulsory. The apartment itself was very comfortable. Plenty of kitchen equipment, lovely lounge furniture and comfy beds. The photo's we saw of the apartment when booking are absolutely true to life. It's always a worry when you stay somewhere that the pictures will live up to expectation. This property does. The only thing we missed was a TV in the bedroom. This is a personal choice and certainly didn't detract from the fabulous holiday experience we had. A big thank you to Val the owner. Jayne & Mark

We have such a lovely holiday staying in such an amazing place. The apartment is so clean and modern with a great roof terrace to be able to sit up stairs and sun bathe. The kids loved the pool and the parks spread around the resort. It's only a 15 minute walk to the walk way where the bars and restaurants are situated and only a further 5/10 minutes to the beach. All round great holiday and can't wait to go again already.

This is a wholly splendid apartment, furnished with impeccable taste which no doubt reflects the aesthetics of the owner - whom I neither know nor have met. It was immaculately presented, and everything for which one might wish was available - even a garlic press for those who cook - I do not! It is ideally located within Roda Golf, and the village of Roda - which now has a supermarket- is a pleasant stroll in distance. A short-term visitor can enjoy the absolute benefits of this excellent abode, with the only expected obligation being to respect it for the duration of one's stay. I thoroughly commend this apartment.

I have stayed at this apartment quite a few times. I cannot recommend it enough! It is spacious, very comfortable furnishings and spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped it has everything!! The sun terrace is wonderful for sunbathing . I cannot wait until the next visit

We stayed for 12 glorious nights making good use of the private rooftop solarium (real sun trap). The pool was checked and maintained regularly, with the surrounding grass and gardens barely having a leaf out of place. Inside the apartment is beautiful and has been furnished to a high standard. Use of the private underground car park was an additional benefit. This is top of our list for Murcia.

Buen apartamento , bien equipado , no tiene lavavajillas , urbanización tranquila , segura y bien mantenida . Necesario coche por su distancia a playas y centro . Defectuoso servicio entrega-recogida de llaves , lo realiza un hombre que trabaja en mantenimiento de resort , no nos ofrecieron plaza de garaje , hasta reclamar la misma , no nos tomaron Documentos identidad en ningún momento a los adultos por lo que no se da cumplimiento a la normativa de hospedajes ... no pudimos hacer uso de bbq de la propiedad , y compramos una , días después de salida nos pedían la llave del arcón de la bbq que nadie nos ofreció ... se nos cobro 50 libras por daños , después de tener que negociar con propiedad ya que pretendían cobrar 120 libras por roce de trasera sofa en pared , por lo que se nos cobro tener que pintar pared entera .... El señor que entrega llaves es el mismo que le realiza mantenimiento a la propiedad por lo que existe conflicto de intereses .... la propiedad no se puso en contacto con nosotros en ningún momento de nuestra estancia ... BUEN APARTAMENTO-RESORT PÉSIMO SERVIO AL CLIENTE

We had a brilliant week in Spain, the apartment is beautiful and very homely. The apartment is on a lovely golf resort, with a nice club house which serves really nice food. We certainly would love to rent it again in the future.

This apartment is amazing, it is like home from home, it is well cared for & it will make your holiday that extra special. The balcony over looks the pool & the rooftop is amazing for dining or just sunbathing as it is so private & quite. We will return to this apartment the next time we visit Roda Golf. We have stayed at this appartment several times over the last 5 years. Just gets better every time. It's like home from home. It's in immaculate condition. Well presented penthouse appartment. My husband loves the golf course. The pools & gardens are well maintained. Very close to the beach, bars & restaurants. We are able to hire bikes & golf clubs. The owners provide an excellent package. We throughly enjoyed our stay so we have decided to book again next year.
