We stayed for 4 weeks in this apartment, 4 adults, and we are very happy with our visit. Beautiful apartment on a beautiful golf resort, hope to visit again soon.

The location was perfect being very close to the main gates at Roda and a five minute drive to the supermarkets, beaches and the restaurants in Los Alcazares. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed relaxing on the large roof terrace. The bbq was used on quite a few occasions. Cindy, who met us on arrival was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would hope to stay there again.

Excellent apartment,lovely furnished, tv and wifi package brilliant No mini market on complex nearest one about 30 mins walk into town but found out there was a bus runs from complex (tickets from main gate )only runs July /August. Air con kept the apartment cool .Loved the rooftop terrace all day sunbathing Los Alcazares restaurants really good Hemming ways and Curry leaf and Zarcos for cocktails.Cindy was really nice. A welcome pack would be useful on arrival if you have a late flight . Would go back to this apartment

Good location - short walk to a couple of bars/restaurants. Nice well equipped apartment with plenty of outside space and easy access to a choice of swimming pools.The surrounding area is full of nice safe beaches and lovely promenades to stroll along.

Just returned from our first visit to this apartment and resort and would definitely recommend for a great holiday. The apartment is very comfortable, very well presented and feels very homely with everything you could possibly need. The roof terrace is fab with a lovely pergola providing shade over the table and chairs and comfortable sun loungers. The bedding and towels are hotel quality and the beds are very comfortable. Electric shutters means there is no light or noise so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. The meet and great service is a nice touch and provided reassurance should there be any issues. The communal pool is large and never too busy and the surrounding area and gardens are very well maintained. Security is good at the resort too. The restaurant on the resort is good and very good value for money for a superb setting (€60 for family meal and drinks). There are a few bars within walking distance. There is also a mini market and gym on site. There are a range of supermarkets within a 5 minute drive and a huge choice of restaurants covering all cuisines. The beach is slightly further and the airport is only 10 minutes away. All in all a perfect holiday choice!

Very clean apartment with everything you need appliance wise.BBQ on the roof terrace is a great idea. Didn't get all TV channels as advertised. Good communication between owner. Ideal apartment for golf as only a few minutes walk to the clubhouse.Golf course was very enjoyable, with a good food menu. Complex was very quiet when we were there, but can imagine it would be quite noisy in the high season. Only a few minutes walk to a great locals bar,3 altogether but we on went in 2. The main town of Los Alcazares was a good 25 minutes walk with only one bar along the way. Supermarkets 20 minutes walk. Taxi could be booked from office,but still had to wait a good 30 minutes. Bikes can be hired from the front office which was a great way to explore the beach area. All in all an excellent apartment and good value for money for exploring this region of Spain,if you have a car. Check the small print regards wifi and cleaning.

Having stayed at Roda a number of times this is by far the best Apartment I have stayed at!! I like it so much I'm still here now and just couldn't wait to right a review!, the apartment is superbly furnished throughout and has a real homely feel to it!. The terraces are really nicely decorated and the rooftop is like being in heaven, inside the property is really 5* with the smart televisions and furniture the apartment just oozes class. Having stayed on phase 2 and 3 before we felt a bit isolated but this location is perfect on phase 1 as it is in a prime spot close to everything i.e. Pool, club house, supermarket, bars, restaurants. Having found this Penthouse apartment I do not want to stay anywhere else and will 110% definitely be returning! If it is available!

Firstly this is a good apartment with excellent sun terraces 1 for the morning sun and 1 for the evening as well as the roof terrace. The owners communication was excellent and we received compensation for no wifi for 4 days and 5 days without sky. We just felt it is not really top notch. 2 of the patio doors did not lock which meant every time you went out or to bed the shutters had to be down. The on suite bathroom was good except a touch cramped when you had to sit on the loo with your knees in the bidet and the shower room is also cramped because the large sink unit is in the way when trying to get in and out of the shower. We stayed 19 nights and never found the 3rd bathroom. The golf course is poorly run and of course over crowded see my Roda review. The location was not as expected with a car probably necessary unless you walk well. The onsite shop was closed so a good 20mins to the nearest shops and the main square for restaurants at least 30mins. We did find 2 restaurants in roda village which were excellent in their own way, Bar Roda excellent value and Cambells more pricey but also more comfortable. The beach is 45 mins walk with some nice bars and if you find our favourite you can sit and watch people learning to wind surf etc.

This is the fifth time my wife and I have visited Roda Golf and I can honestly say this is the best and most reasonably priced Penthouse we have rented. Cindy the Agent was excellent and punctual, which isn't always the case in Spain and explained everything to us in great detail. The Penthouse was immaculate in every way and the new flat screens were a definite bonus. In hind sight we should have bought the Wi-Fi connection, and we would recommend to Jason that it would be a good idea to incorporate the charge in the rental price as this is already so reasonable. All in all a great place to stay and we thorougly recommend it to anyone.

In 2015 we rented this apartment for 1 week we loved it so much that we stayed for 2 weeks this time. It was a very comforting feeling knowing that we were going to this smart, comfortable and home from home apartment. The location is very good as it is on Roda golf which suits us as golfers but the location would suit non-golfers. We enjoy having the privacy of being able to sun bathe on the solarium. Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be eaten in 5 different places, the dining room; solarium or one of the 3 balconies all furnished with tables and chairs. We don't eat dinner in the apartment as there are so many wonderful restaurants just a few minutes drive away. Supermarkets are very easy to get to and whilst we use the car many people will walk to them. There are some restaurants that are within walking distance but the only one we have used is the restaurant at Roda golf club which is very good. One of our favourite things to do is having a 2 tier breakfast. We start off with cereals, juice and tea in the apartment then drive to the surf school and park the car. We then do a 2 mile walk to L'Encarnacion restaurant for the 2nd part of our breakfast of juice, coffee and toast with either marmalade or tomato with olive oil and salt. Wonderful. A 2 mile walk back to the car admiring the scenery is a good way to start the day. This time we visited Lo Pagan and La Zenia beach which are easy to get to and very scenic walks. Of course other people may prefer to sit on the beach but for me I just love the joy of so many wonderful places to walk that are so local. It is so easy to get to many places as the motorway is not very far away so we visit friend in Quesada and Denia. Cindy who takes care of the management of the apartment is so friendly and helpful and meeting up with her to collect the keys was like meeting up with a friend. The owners Jason and Sue are very helpful and approachable for any queries.
