The property is in a great location, and in the accommodation and facilities provided were generally very good. I would certainly recommend this villa. Only negatives aspects are the poorly designed kitchen (you can't open the fridge door, without closing the kitchen door), and a very soft bed in the master bedroom. Overall, love the location, and our family of 5 had a great time.

We have stayed in many apartments on Roda and I would say this is an excellent apartment and communication with Toni before, during and after the holiday was great. Brilliant 3 bed apartment with everything you require, Wi-Fi, air con, beds to take to the pool and everything you could need in the kitchen. Only down side would be the balcony doesn't look onto the pool but despite this the apartment was so nice with a great location we would definitely book again.

Estuvimos muy agusto y tranquilos. Nos encanta el sitio. Gracias y un saludo. Sí que es verdad que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien, pero avisamos y a los 5 minutos estaba allí el técnico. Muy atentos con los huéspedes. Yo lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. La casa muy cómoda y limpia.

El Resot nos llamo la atencion por lo bien cuidado que tiene la zona de jardines al lado de la piscina , tanto en el campo de golf como en zonas comunes. El apartamento es espacioso bien cuidado con todos los servicios que pone el propietario y la playa esta a cinco minutos en coche en linea recta sin problemas para poder aparcar al lado de ella, para hacer compra tienes dos hipers grandes a un minuto en coche.Fuimos con tres niños y la piscina genial con espacio de sombra o sol dando el sol en la piscina hasta ultima hora de la tarde.Tubimos problema al llegar con el aire acondicionado,nos pusimos en contato con Mike y Sarah Evans y nos mandaron a los tecnicos para arreglarlo.Por la indidencia del aire tubieron un detalle que en pocos alojamientos turisticos tendremos en el futuro gracias por ello.

The accomodation was very good. Very clean and comfortable. It was situated near the pool area and also only a small walk to the Golf Club along with a short drive to the town. Fully recommended! We will be coming back.

The apartment is well equipped and very clean/ well maintained. There is only one restaurant on the complex, which we ate at a couple of times was very nice. The complex run's a shuttle bus to the near by Lidl and town which is very useful, but it does stop for a few hours during the day. We would visit again, but would hire car for the week. It would make it a lot easier to move around the complex and resort area. We would recommend the apartment to friends.

We had a wonderful time at roda golf. Tony and sumetas apartment was perfect. 3 bedrooms large living dinning room 2 bathrooms and large outdoor terrace. The apartment was very clean spacious and the free WiFi was an added bonus for us with our 3 children. It had everything needed for our holiday.The apartment was also very close the the main entrance less than 10mins walk and very near playground. The pool was fabulous and practically on the doorstep. Large and set in beautiful gardens. Secure and safe for children and even though we there at peak season it never felt crowded. We swam everyday. It is approx 25min walk into the main square with its restaurants and bars it's a lovely area and the beach is very near the square also which has a really nice promenade with bars and eateries. Although it's a walk into square it's not a problem and with such lovely weather you wouldn't notice. Lidl and consum both large supermarkets are approx a 15min walk and have all you'd need. During our stay there was a shuttle bus service to supermarkets,square and beach for €1 so we did use this occasionally and was ideal. All our correspondence with Tony and sumeta has been so helpful and friendly and also with the property managers. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Had a great stay in this apartment. We arrived quite late which was not a problem to them and where very helpful with everything we needed. A great apartment in a great location on a great resort. Highly recommend

Stayed first 2 weeks in August and thoroughly enjoyed the break, lovely spacious apartment with great facilities on site - golf course, clubhouse & with the beach & bars of los alcazares only 5 mins drive theirs something for everyone *****

Excellent accommodation 5 min walk to golf course, pool on site, 15 min walk to beach and night life, no complaints at all. Tony the owner was first class kept in touch and arranged everything for us including airport transfers, top man.
