Lovely apartment on a fantastic complex! The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and is private and peaceful. The two bathrooms are very handy for families, and the TV has all the channels you could want.
Both pool areas are beautifully kept with plenty of space, meaning you never feel on top of other holiday makers. Owners supply sun loungers.
Location is ideal, only a five minute walk to a good selection of restaurants and bars, and a further five minutes to the beach, so no need for a car if you don’t want to drive. The walk along the seafront of an evening into the old town is atmospheric, with lots of locals out and about.
If you feel like eating in, there are a number of supermarkets within walking distance.
Overall, great value apartment in an excellent location, which I would recommend.

Upsetting
The apartment and grounds etc were lovely. We have stayed in this area pre covid for years. Previously having owned our own property and are now in the process of looking for another one. We went as two families so the other apartment was booked separately. But we had three boys and four adults in all. Having been at other such like complexes before we knew rules about balls, rubber rings etc. but as our youngest is nine months we had very small water animals that floated. Which we were not only told we’re not allowed (unbelievable) but we’re extremely verbally abused by a foreign lady (not Spanish). Who then sat on her patio watching us. A kind couple explained to us this always happens apparently. But the poor pool attendants had to then sit and mark down anything that us or other pool users did. Apparently the manager was there on his patio too. The owners of this complex SHOULD NOT RENT TO FAMILIES . It totally spoilt our holiday being constantly watched and we therefore used the beach.

Sorry to have taken such a long time to respond, this review was hidden up to now somehow. What a shame that you did not get to enjoy fully the lovely pools this complex has to offer. Yes there are pool rules at this complex but in the 18 years we have been renting it out i have never had this feedback. What a shame that you did not contact me at the time and i may have been able to get in contact with this person to see what the issue was. My children have always enjoyed using the pools and as babies there is certainly no issues with using safety floating devices. I have brought this up at the last community meeting to ensure no one has issues like this going forward or to see where the confusion lay . if you would like to get in contact with me i can offer you a discount off a future rental .

Great apartment in a peaceful location.
Just spent 17 nights in the apartment which is in a peaceful section on El Divino. The apartment overlooks farmers fields which makes it quite private which we liked. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped with poolside beds, chairs and towels and a shopping trolley which is a great help when visiting the supermarket.
There is a water filter system in the apartment but we found the water to be a bit salty so we stuck to bottled and the T.V.reception was poor, thankfully we don't watch much on holiday but there are plenty of books in the apartment to read. We will hopefully be back next year and maybe stay for even longer.

Thank you for your review. we will get the water filter checked, it should not be salty. The problem was not the tv but the internet connection. that has now been fixed, sorry it wasn't in time for yourselves, but we are glad you enjoyed your stay. hopefully see you next year.

Our wonderful holiday
We have stayed at a beautiful close friends apartment in El Divino for a number of years and we keep going back because the complex is fantastic and so well cared for. The gardens and pool are beautiful and a credit to the maintenance team who care for it on a regular basis thankyou so much see you next year ......

Relaxing stay
We've stayed many times at El Divino in various appartments. This appartment was very clean and the water filter on tap was a bonus!! Unfortunately didn't get the sun on the balcony...and could do with updating the sun beds.
Overall..we enjoyed our stay as always!

Perfecto.
El apartamento está genial. Muy bien cuidado, muy cómodo y funcional. Tiene de todo para pasar unos días de vacaciones.
Las piscinas son una maravilla!!
Lo único que para ir a la playa hay que coger el coche. La playa de los Alcázares es una auténtica mierda. Y el pueblo también.

Lovely appartment
Lovely appartment, had everything you need, very central for everything
Come out of the complex one end a lovely big supermarket
And the other end loads of lovely restaurants
The complex is beautiful, very well maintained and the gardens are beautiful

Lovely appartment
Lovely appartment everything you could need was in this lovely place
It was very central
Ideal for strip with plenty of restaurants to choose from and very central for supermarkets
The appartment even had a shoppping trolley so you did not have to struggle with the heavy shopping

Fantastic
Location was quiet,which we loved. Our accom was well equipped ,(even has a shopping trolley .) and very clean. 2 pools .Supermarket 5 mins walk away.Only 6or7 mins walk to lovely square with plenty of eating places to choose from.beach maybe few more mins .lovely promenade and again very clean. Los alcazares is flat so easy for walking .Definately will be going back .

Excellent Apartment
Cannot fault the apartment or the complex, everything you need is provided, even a umbrella which due to rain came in very handy for 2 days. The filtered water was perfect and we had no problems with the internet or television.
We only had breakfast in the apartment, but if you want to cook everything is provided. Beach towels and chairs are also provided.
