Beautiful and Clean
We had a great relaxing time during our stay.The owners took great attention to detail with the vibe and the design in the apartment. Everything is super clean and well kept.Beach is walking distance and has good amenities.Nice quiet and relaxing environment.Will visit again for sure.

Beach Getaway
Our experience at the beach condo exceeded our expectations. This getaway was spacious, newly renovated, and very clean. Most importantly, the master bed was new and more comfortable than the beds at the Ritz! The owners attention to detail was excellent, as they even included a hammock, beach towels, chairs, and various beach toys/sports items. The condo was only a few steps from a pool, vollyball court, and an incredibly beautiful private beach. The front and back balconies offered seating, as well as a tropical and lush view out back. We were near El Yunque National Rainforest, as well as San Juan. The drive along the beach towards San Juan was gorgeous and intermittently lined with authentic kiosks and small town restaurants serving Puerto Rican fare. This was our second time staying, and we will definitely be back.

Perfect Family Apartment
Very clean and comfortable apartment right on the beach. The beach being right there was awesome. The apartment was well stocked with dishes, towels for the bathrooms as well as the beach. Comfortable living for a family with a washer and dryer in the apartment. I enjoyed reading on the hammock on the balcony every morning in the peace and quiet. Our host meet us at the apartment but offered to meet us at the airport which was awesome. She gave us tips on where to dine and shop as well things to do. Would definitely recommend these accommodations.

Skip the resorts
Stayed in resort first time in PR, don't bother. Second time we got this condo, very affordable, 90 second walk to the sand, private beach, security, and 2 pools. Great place to stay.

Amazing Facilities!
I traveled with my 3 children and stayed five nights at this rental. It was the best decision I made during my trip. The apartment complex is located in Loiza, a town with rich history and food. The grounds are very well kept and the complex has three large pools, a kiddie pool and a Jacuzzi. It also has private access to a beautiful beach. My children were in heaven as they went to the beach and the pool every day. The aftermath of Hurricane Maria is reflected at the beach because of the numerous downed trees, but even still the water was clean and calming. The complex also had recreation areas for the kids (playground, swings, etc) and there were working showers in every pool so folks could rinse up before/after dipping in the water. The staff at the complex were very helpful and directed us to a small supermarket/pharmacy down the street that had all the food and items needed for our stay. In terms of the apartment itself, it was kept immaculate. It is FULLY equipped - we really didn't have to bring anything! It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of the bathrooms is located in the master BR). All bedrooms have cross ventilation and A/C. The showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed (full size on the bottom, twin on top) and a nice-sized wall to wall mirrored closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and same closet. The water pressure in the showers and toilets was excellent, too. The apartment is very well lit and has great cross ventilation via two balconies. One of the balconies faces a forest in the backyard, which was a great place to unwind after a long day. The other balcony faces the front of the apartment and it was very breezy as well. The kitchen had all the supplies needed - cups, glasses, utensils, dinnerware, pots and pans, and even specialty items such as "tostonera" (we used it to make tostones!). Madelin had stocked the pantry with food items, so we actually had access to food as well. The apartment (and the complex in general) is very quiet, and it had a very relaxing atmosphere. The apartment was very clean and incredibly well kept. We particularly enjoyed having unrestricted access to the pool and the ocean for a fraction of what it would cost at a hotel in the capital. If you rent a car, you don't need anything else. This rental was absolutely great and my children loved it so much that they wanted to stay! I wholeheartedly recommend it to others without hesitation.

Very close to rain forest n kioskos de luquillo,my family n I got there fairly late
Kevin met us at car rental,he helped inspect the rental car n put our extra luggage in his car. In spite of him having to work early n take his kids to school next day.
We proceeded to follow him to the condo,he helped us bring up our luggages n told us all great vacation spots in P.R.
Throughout our 15 day stay any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. Place is exactly as pictured,I totally loved this place as well as my family.
I would definitely recommend to family n friends.
I will be back here soon..thanks to Madelin and Kevin

Tuvimos un grata experiencia en e fin de semana del 4 a 7 de agosto de 2017 en el apartamento de Kevin y Madelin. Primero el apartamento estaba muy limpio y organizado. Tenía Tv, cable, aires acondicionados, lavadora y secadora disponible y funcional; La Cocina equipada. Las facilidades del complejo estaban limpias y acogedoras. La playa estaba espectacular y la piscina estaba limpia y el agua riquísima. El apartamento era accesible a restaurantes, centros comerciales y a las distintas áreas q ofrece el lugar.
Kevin y Madelin fueron amables y muy gentiles con nosotros. Recomiendo estes apartamento para vacaciones.
