This was the perfect location for us as we were attending a family wedding at the Balcony Hotel.
The whole process was super smooth and the villa was exactly as we expected (probably slightly better!).
Great views and good to have the small pool to cool-off.
Nice welcome package and clear villa guide.
Simone (property manager) passed by early in our stay and ensured we had everything we needed - her local restaurant recommendations were excellent.
One note for other guests; we rented a small car (Fiat Panda) and was pleased it was small - the parking area is not huge and reversing in over an unhelpful hump was tricky at first but we soon mastered it. However, a larger car would have made it even more difficult.

Perfect villa. Excellent communication with the property managers throughout who were extremely accomodating qith our change of dates. The pool, beds, location were perfect. Would definitely return.

5 adults and 1 teenager stayed for a week and what...
5 adults and 1 teenager stayed for a week and what an awesome week it was. The villa was clean and big enough for us all. There was even a variety of welcome drinks as well as some bread, jams and fresh tomatoes waiting for us when we arrived. The swimming pool was maintained every other day and is definitely the cleanest pool we have ever had in a villa. The whole process from booking to departure was easy and was given all the information required. The local town is about 10 minute walk including the beach, very well situated so car is not necessary. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Lovely property, amazing views, children couldn’t get enough of the pool! Appreciated the welcome pack. 15 minutes walk down hill to the main beach and tavernas etc.. good communication though out

The Sea view villa is great ,beautiful views from the balcony overlooking the pool and from the balcony upstairs were you can watch the fabulous sunsets . The villa itself is very clean and well maintained and nice touches of a very handy welcome basket and also extra towels to use by the pool. Located at the top of a hill its in walking distance of the beach (about 10 mins)and some lovely restaurants also within walking distance . Good communication and easy booking process .Thanks to Mary and Simone and the pool guy :) Would highly recommend .Kind regards Lyn

We (3 girls) had a very good time at the Seaview V...
We (3 girls) had a very good time at the Seaview Villa. Communication with the owner was very easy and good, the accommodation has everything you need. You are close by the sea (10 minutes walk) and there is a mini market near by (6 minutes by food).
Furniture is a little bit old but everything was neat and clean. We would definitely come back!

Haus mit traumhaftem Meerblick
Das Haus mit Pool liegt wunderbar abseits des touristischen Trubels. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Terrasse mit den phantastischen Ausblick sehr genossen . Die Sauberkeit in Küche sollte verbessert werden. Die Geschirrspülmaschine spült nicht gut. Geschirr mussten wir von Hand reinigen. Der Grill ist sehr erneuerungsbedürftig.

Villa was well stocked when we arrived late evening. Pool was cleaned 3 times a week. The view over the bay was amazing, it was so nice to wake up to everyday. Close to the airport and Zakynthos town by car. The local resort was walking distance about 10 minutes there 15 minutes back due to the hill. The pool is great to cool off but if you like to swim the sea is 5-10 mins walk if you go through the Balcony hotel carpark and down the steps. The balcony restaurant was really nice but book in advance. We went to the Paradiso on the beach twice because it was right next to the sea and never overly busy. Premier restaurant served beautiful fool and Sweet Temptation restaurants food was lovely but as it was closer to the resort it definitely had a British influence which I'm not a fan of. Would definitely come back again!!

Perfect villa in a really great location overlooking the bay.
We had two weeks of sunshine interrupted by one shower of rain that to be honest was quite welcome.
The villa itself is well equipped with everything that you could possibly need and is far enough away from the main part of Tsilivi to enjoy peace and quiet if you wish , but near enough (10-15 min gentle stroll) to not feel out of it completely. There is a supermarket within 5 mins walk for daily provisions. The view at sunset from the pool area overlooking the bay is spectacular. All in all a really great place to spend your well earned holiday.
